Fred Meyer reviews
22Closed all doors except back door, without indicating where to enter the store. Had to walk around the entired building from their gas station to the opposite side door.
This is the second time In a row I have come to pick up my prescription and the use of my dead name has been used. This is after explaining multiple times to the same person (Eva) that my first name is different than the one on my prescription.
Fred Meyer employee Javier who works behind the Deli counter is very professional, attentive and proficient.
I had a great experience with this gentleman yesterday. So much so I thought that his manager should know and give him some recognition for outstanding service.
Sincerely, Peter Mac
I came to this Fredmyers today requesting 20$ in gas but insted got charged130 $ for their mistakes then they didn't even give me any gas after chargen me 130$ maniger was respectful but the gas atendent were rude disrespectful I will never return for fuel agin now my account is over draft cuz tjeor mistake apl i got was 50$ in gas as apologize hem i paid 130
Monica and the people in the bakery are super rude! What happen to good customer service? !
Only reason why I come here is because its right by my hiuse but almost everyone that works here has a bad attitude
Overall the buying experience is good. The store is organized and clean. They keep the area mostly free of Marketers and transients. The store had reasonable prices. Employees generally friendly.
However, their customer service in the middle of the store is in much need of process improvement. Way too slow and cannot respond to a long line. They don’t call people in fast enough to support a lot of people waiting. Every time we need to return something we end up spending over 20 minutes in line. We often eat the cost and generally wished we had shopped elsewhere.
I came to exchange I was in store twenty minutes. Then store tells me closing in five minutes. I get to customer service To exchange and they said oh no it’s 11 o’clock we can’t help you got come back tomorrow. Seriously! This is bull! Help your dam customers I was on time Bad Fred Meyers bad. I’m not coming back Tom.
Review of Order Pickup: It seems that regardless of what Freddies you go to in the Metro area, you’re going to have a poor experience. We’ve ordered pickup here a handful of times, and every time we have had problems. These range from the actual products picked to the waiting times. Some “highlights”: giving us cilantro as a substitute for parsley, 2 pieces of naan bread for 5 pieces of pita breads (thanks, my family of 4 were thrilled), getting broken eggs in two separate orders, being charged extra for a substitute salami at twice the price (when the substitution sheet clearly says the price will be matched), 20-minute waits after calling or using the app to check in, and never receiving texts to check over available substitutions. I’d say go elsewhere but, honestly, all area Freddie’s have lost me on the pick-up system. Can’t wait for the pandemic to be over so I can actually get what I need.
Kind of disappointed in the staff and quality of toys this year art supplies should not look like its melting in the package and left for customers to still purchase.
Parking lot is always a mess. They are using plastic bags even though we are still being charged per bag so that they can facilitate using paper bags
At first I thought it was a fluke that the last three trips here they ran out of paper bags. Now two months with them running out of paper bags at the end of the day, I know that they simply don’t know how to order. Dumb thing to rate low over but it’s frustrating when you try to be eco-friendly and you’re forced to either buy yet another reusable bag which with inevitably not make it in your car when you need it or use plastic.
Normally I love this Fred Meyer but today the Deli sucks. Never enough people working here. I shouldn’t have to buy my cheese through the self checkout, come back stand in line again, buy a corn dog, and then stand in a different line to get my cheese cut. You can ring up a corndog and cheese at the same time without adding an extra 20 mins to my day.
SHOUT OUT TO JOY IN THE DELI! Everytime my wife and I come to the Deli, Joy always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help! We came during busy hours and Joy had everything under control when every one suddenly disappeared. Very disappointing how they left Joy hanging. But anyways I love Fred Meyer! Just needs employees who smile more often
I like the place. There is also a free childcare and Peets coffee inside. Lots of items and proces are good.
Good produce, nice selection on organic, dairy free foods, prices are reasonable. But too many time I have been approached by some homeless person in the parking lot.
I couldn't bind lemons or lemon juice. Very up set with the lemon Orgen band. Other wise pretty good.
Came in for some shoes for school for the kids. Had what we were looking for. Prices were comparable to everywhere else.
If that girl at the door asks for my receipt after I've already paid and says I'm not allowed to leave until I do again. I'm filing a class action lawsuit on Fred Meyer. And going to news about harrassment
Commonly "out of stock" of half my list. Only use if other sources fail me - a last resort destination. Groceries are simply overpriced compared to more accessible competitors.
This is our regular Fred Meyer and we are usually pretty gappy with the store and service. The reason we don't give it more stars is that whenever we want something from the growler station we usually have a really long wait or no one shows up at all, and that is if we can get someone to answer the phone! Panhandles are becoming more of a frequent occurrence during our trips here.
