Fred Meyer, Scappoose OR

Several months back I tried to return four boxes of hair color that I didn't want and they wouldn't return it. But they would return clothes things that people have tried on and been in physical contact with, but not my hair color.when I brought it in today to finally see if I could get a refund they told me that they don't doing it right now and I can't get a refund. So I'm stuck with four boxes of hair color that I won't even use. Really bad customer service. Get it together.

Whoever they got working in electronics was the rudest customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I left immediately and will be avoiding that store from now on.

The staff can learn how to properly wear masks, your nose shouldn’t be expose. And no, theirs no medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. And if you have a medical condition you’re concerned about then you probably should be wearing that mask just saying form medical experience. ‍️ on the other side I do like coming here most of the staff is friendly can find everything you need clean (for the most part watched a staff member cough straight on to products in a refrigerated section near the Starbucks inside)

The majority of the staff doesn’t wear a mask at all or with their nose exposed. I’ve tried to talk to two different ‘managers’ the first guy walked up to me with his nose uncovered. They basically told me their isn’t much more they can do and didn’t care what I had to say. I love shopping at Fred Meyer but I will not support any business who isn’t doing their part to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.

Warning.workers are not wearing masks during pandemic! Including shelf stockers in the aisles within 3 feet of you, cashiers, etc.

The produce guy Jim is the rudest unhelpful p.o. S I’ve ever dealt with! Seems he can’t even do his job.this is what $15 an hour looks like.smh. Update 2-24-20.still works there, Safeway’s long lines are starting to sound better. What a shame

Be weary when using their Western Union. Two times I have paid to send my bank money and they haven't received it. They can't look up my info to reprint my receipt. Completely ripped off and the lady at the counter has said the same excuse for 3 months saying they use a new system. 3 MONTHS!

Great Deli, new fixtures. Groceries in a more upscale look. Still very affordable. Love the fresh sushi and wrap options for lunch.

I'm always amazed how successful one can be with nothing but hard earned know how and a few dozen jugs of milk

Choices of food and everything else are great. But my experience at electronis trying to print photos is why its at 2 stars. Because not only could i not print certain photos (apparently you cant print photos with your middle finger up) but the worker working basically stood next to me the whole time, looking over my shoulder at all of my pictures on my phone. No privacy. Cant print pictures if she doesnt like them it seemed. Will continue going there for food. Never for photos to be printed.

Someone stole my wheelchair only disabled parking permit. This could have happened any place but Fred Meyer has no out door security.

Never had a problem with the fueling center staff until today. The worker named Andrew thought it was his duty to overstep his boundaries between customer and employee.

A customer should never have to explain why they preset there gas when in the employees opinion it should work fine.

Reality check, it's none of your business and I shouldn't have to explain myself as I had stated. He then got his buddy in on it and felt it was his duty to repeatedly say, "you don't have to be rude" abnoxiously over and over. I never got his name but he has short brown hair, young, white caucasian and has a horrible attitude.

I felt I was attacked as well as harassed in a reatalitory manner because I basically told him to mind your own business and please just fill my car up.

I immediately informed the GM and told him I have been a customer for years and never had this problem. I hope to never have it again. Next time the law will be involved.

Wide variety of groceries. Great produce section. Easy to find items. Plus electronics, jewelers, clothes and shoes. Staff is friendly and proficient and prices are decent.

My review is based on store policy, customer service and thier bicycle department. I removed 2 stars because I had a bike fall apart within 2 weeks, my purchase could not be found on my customer account. I was told the bikes flat tire bent the rim and my son was too ruff. I tried to explain the tire was flat because it had been setting unusable for a month and that mountain bikes are designed for off rode. After being treated like a common criminal for 30 minutes I convinced them to let me pay MORE $ for another bike and was told I was banned from returns for a year. The more exspensive upgrade lasted less than 6m. I took it to a bike shop for repair and was told that they get people like me every day and FredMeyer bikes are garbage and mine was not worth the repairs, It needed a new back tire, brake, pedal and chain adjustment.so I'm out 189.00 dollars. This was my sons birthday present. I would think for a almost 200$ bike it would last longer than 3 months. My sons cousin got the same model for Christmas and it too was scrap metal after less than 6 months of very light use. In the past I had purchased my kids bikes at Walmart and did not have this problem. Poor kid rides my 12yr old Schwinn.

The woman's clothing line is horried! Cheap, cheap, cheap quality and expensive prices! Where did Women's Carhartt go? Sonoma? , good quality clothes at this store.gone! So sad to see these changes! Won't be going there for women's clothes! Just lost a good customer!

Like Fred Meyer but their prices are getting ridiculous as are many supermarket chains.ie. Safeway too!

So glad to have a Fred Meyer Store in our area. Recently renovated, but starting to figure out where stuff has been relocated to. Great place to shop.

Went there for a birthday cake as I have enjoyed there bakery more than Safeway only to find out that they had down sized the bakery. So my options VERY limited and I felt over priced for what was available.

I pre-ordered 2 pinwheel sandwich trays and when we went to pick them up they were never made! So much for making it to our party on time.
