Fred Meyer Fuel Center reviews
30Am I the only one that’s noticed this location has been closing an hour earlier than it is supposed to?
The price of gas is excellent compared to other places close by. That being said, the people working there are certainly not trying get people though quickly. They shut down pumps all the time for no apparent reasons and no one seems capable of walking over to help a coworker on other pumps. This place makes me want to pump my own gas.
They couldn't figure out how to use my Bottle Drop coupon, then neglected to ask if I wanted to use/earn Rewards points and I had to repeat then watch to ensure I got the midgrade fuel I'd requested because 3 different guys helped me.
The set-up of the gas station makes the line shorter as long as they have enough employees there. Gas prices are good here.
They have liquid dinosaur in 4 flavors. Regular, mild, premium, and extra oily. The attendants are cool and very helpful. The windows washing items are usually clean and in good order. Great place to get fuel especially if you have Freddie's reward points. The location was very easy to get into and out of. This would be a good location if you had a trailer unlike some of the tighter locations.
I called to complain about how slow there service is and the first person I talked to laughed and the next one did not care alls she said was ok ok when I said I'm no longer coming to this location what a joke it's like be more professional about your job and if you don't care about your job and or the customers you serve then seek a new profession I mean a manager Is suppose to care not just say ok to loosing a customer so the way she handled the complaint tells me she needs to find a new job because if you have no customers you have no job.
I like the prices and I absolutely love Taylor the new guy in charge out there hes pro ficient sweet industrious just a jewel
They advertise 10 cents off per gallon with your rewards points however the attendant advised me that I only get 3 cents off per gallon. Something weird if you ask me.
I have been sitting here for 15 minutes without the line moving several people have been at the pump and left due to the attendants not even approaching their vehicles. This is probably the slowest gas station in town.
The employees at this pump are lazy and just walk around talking to each other all day. I saw q lady smoking right in front of two employees and they pretended to not even notice. Don't be surprised if you're waiting 15+ minutes for gas.
Very busy place, lowest prices in the neighborhood. Always use your Rewards card (even if you don't have any points, you still get 3 cents off per gallon)
Prices way too high and attended didn't know how to apply my point so I could get the. 30 off a gallon.
It's such a disappointment to see employees walking around with their pants down halfway to knees. Then he is scrapping back of car with hose from gas line on the car in front of us he is fueling up?
Disappointed
"Brains at store", Could placed a sign above price. The fuel station address and prices -This will Save Time, Less Stress and just a little common sense for customer.
I love this gas station! Such an odd thing to say about a fill up spot but it really is the nicest cleanest, and easy gas station ever. And my Jeep looks so sic at night under their halogen lights.
This fuel center is not attached to the Fred Meyer. You have to drive a quarter of a mile away to get to it. Which is totally fine!
Good service, usually the lowest price in the area. I especially appreciate the longer than normal hoses, that can reach either side of your car (like Costco.)
The staff are so incredibly bad. I constantly will wait 3+ minutes at the pump while a group of them chill in the break room. I just can’t stand getting gas here
Prices are good but the employees are distracted and helping customers is about third on the list of priorities the first being to hide in the store and second to say they missed you after helping customers who come in after you. Typical of most gas stations.
Weird location here but I do love that the gas is usually cheaper here than anywhere else this side of town.
