Fred Meyer Fuel Center reviews
14The lines can be really long quite often. But they seem to consistently have the best prices in the area. So give yourself extra time when you need a fill up! I would’ve given more stars but the lady at the pump skipped me and then forgot to turn the pump on when she did get to me. So I was there much longer than I needed to be.
At this location, the pumps are consistently understaffed and there is no sense of customer service that is normally associated with the Fred Meyer brand.
Service is slow to say the least. Everytime I pull in some of the pumps are closed causing massive lines. 90% of the time the customer service is poor.
Charges your car 250$ upfront to cover the gas. Then reconciles later. There's a wait but gas is cheapish.
Others have already commented on the filling lanes as they are laid out.to that clusterF of a layout add the poor customer service policies. I rarely review positive or negative but this is so bad I feel I must. If you've read this far before going there, turn around, go anywhere but here. It's sad. I felt bad for the attendant that had to hold the line on the 'can't fill your car pointed the wrong direction sir' policy. Whoever instituted that should be let go. They are not in the right kind of work, they shouldn't have any outward customer facing position whatsoever. I like Freddy's but to deal with that will make me reconsider. I'd rate 0 stars.
Be Respectful another in arms, loved a neighbor. But be Safety. Have a Awesome work and have a Responsible areas, Be Strengthen with Lord Jesus Christ.
The attendant was rude. Just the way he talked. Even dropped my card when he was giving it back. I don't want him again. But I know attendants are much better than this.
Stopped in for the first time ever at 5: 30am on my way to work. The open sign was on, lights were on, door was unlocked. I started grabbing the couple things I wanted and the dude comes out and tells me the store wasnt open and I had to leave. I asked why the open sign was on and the door was unlocked and he had no answer so I left
I went here and tried to get gas on my lunch today. There was two fuel attendants. And only two islands open. 10 cars In each line. I went here for the price but after waiting a half an hour for gas I'm losing money. Please open all Island? I was fuel attendant for year's and I wish I could of just stood on one island. But no I had to actually work.
Honestly great prices but never worth the wait pump are always closed. Instead of walking up to me and telling me I could pull forward the guy yelled at me really loud startled me.
They need more employees or too keep pumps up. Honestly you can get gas at space age fuel in king city for 4.89 right now and they have all pumps open and a lot more staff
Lowest gas prices in Wilsonville. The lead gas pumping girl was very rude to the customer with the travel trailer next to us because she didn't like the way they pulled into the island. She had a really bad attitude and made it clear to the customer and her coworker that she is the "lead person " when they were defending themselves. Otherwise, best prices in town.
Over the past few months. This location is unreliable with there hours. I travel a lot. Normally this was a good spot to fuel. The past several times they have been closed after 6pm with no explanation left. As someone traveling this very frustrating. Especially when with next gas station available close to this location is a $1 more. Last month when I did get gas before 6pm. All gas attendance left for over 10 mins and didn’t come back to hook cars that ready to go. I just did it even though it illegal to do in the state of Oregon.
This is my go to gas station in the Portland area because of the Fred Meyer discount. Staffing may be an issue at present, and sometimes there can be a wait, but it is similar to wait times at Costco.
