Mornings employees seem to just stand around in a huddle and shoot the breeze. Usually they look up at you but then ignore.

Yikes. 2nd time here and what a rude attendant. I will not be coming back.

I was filling up, the attendant was watching me the whole time. As my tank is almost full, he points at the back of my car on the opposite side and says my car is on fire.

What?

He says my car is on fire!

What?

He then says my car is running and I have to shut it off or I'll catch fire.

I apologize and shut it off, right as the pump stops pumping. The attendant and another customer that he was talking to, laughed and laughed. Totally not funny.

I understand it is his job to instruct me to shut my car off. It was my mistake. But for him to tell me my car is on fire while my dog is in the backseat on the opposite side, with my tinted windows I couldn't see over there, is asinine.

I'm an old guy, my dog is all I have. Scaring me into thinking my car is on fire is beyond shameful and malicious.

My anxiety shot through the roof. I will never pump there again.

I've been pumping all of my life. Have always left it running, just like most people in most states.

I'll just fill up in Washington next time to avoid these arrogant fuel attendants.

Not a good way to start my Sunday morning, Fred Meyer Fuel. Be more professional.

I have always enjoyed good service no matter what day or time. I watched someone pull out with the pump still in the car. They handled the situation quickly.

I saved a dollar from my rewards and I had the gas station attendant pump it for me. It was awesome. I wonder if all the people that wanted self-service gas are going to want to pump their own gas in the ice snow rain sleeting hell they can't wait to see. I'm sure the gas station will be a mess because they won't be in their own self-service line they wanted

Someone please do something about the rude customer service we receive. One of the employees was being super rude to someone at the self serve line. I understand it can be frustrating having to help people who are choosing to go to the self serve, but keep in mind Oregon hasn’t done self serve at all before. People are still new to this and are learning. If they’re not willing to have the patience to help people learn, they shouldn’t be working where they have to deal with clients. Do not come to this fuel center if you see a white man with long hair, a full beard, and a mustache.

Not a good experience, I kindly asked the employee at the gas station if I can get my window cleaned. He refused to clean my window and was on his own phone instead.

Waiting for attendant at the pump for 3 min or more only to be told it’s 9: 56pm and we no longer pump gas because we close at 10 … ugh not coming back here again

I would give no stars if I could. This station uses 5 out of the 10 pumps available due to not being able to cross over on the pumps. Disappointing and frustrating anytime you get gas here. Expect a wait that blocks traffic for the parking lot.

If Costco were open I'd go there. Wait is long. This area is all "green" and such, but pumps that pump on each side would reduce lines and prevent idling vehicles on hot days.

I like the convenience of it, when I drive but I always see lines. I really don't think that the have their act together or understand the need for more employees. When you have a bumping as I would say you pay attention to it because if the customer isn't happy then you lose it or people go other places because you don't seem to understand the importance of it. Well they will always be in business in less we all go electric but I think I saw that station with every one chilling in their car waiting to energize.

While the prices are low with the Freddy's shopper point system, the gas station at Fred Meyer has some significant issues that need to be addressed. First and foremost, the practice of illegally topping off fuel is prevalent, which is both nonsensical and misleading. It involves pumping gas beyond the necessary level, essentially scamming customers.

In addition to this deceptive practice, the gas station also enforces inconvenient and rigid rules. Expect to endure long lines while encountering a group of lackadaisical union workers who exhibit zero sense of urgency. Moreover, it's frustrating that half of the pumps are often marked off and unavailable for use. The one-way in, one-way out design of the station further compounds the inconvenience. If your fuel tank door is on the opposite side of the pump, you won't be able to back into a spot.

Perhaps the most perplexing rule at Fred Meyer's gas station is their refusal to stretch the hose over the car or reach the opposite side of the fueling tank. This contradicts the signs that clearly indicate refueling can be done on either side. It's ludicrous that even with customer consent, they won't accommodate such a simple request. After all, it's our own cars, and if we give permission, they should be able to lay the hose over the vehicle and proceed with the fueling process.

The issues don't stop there. The gas station attendants have proven to be terrible, consistently displaying rudeness and unprofessional behavior. It's disheartening that each time I visited, I encountered a different employee, but they never failed to disappoint. I've experienced instances where they dripped gas on the paint of my car, illegally topped off the fuel, and carelessly let the fuel cap hang and slap against the side of my vehicle. It's common knowledge that there's a holder for the fuel cap on the door, but apparently, they disregard this basic practice.

It's high time for Fred Meyer to get its act together. They need to address these issues promptly and take measures to rectify the situation. Improving efficiency, providing comprehensive training to the gas station attendants, and promoting professionalism and customer service should be their top priorities. Additionally, they should strictly adhere to industry regulations and put an end to the practice of illegally topping off fuel. Only then can Fred Meyer regain the trust and satisfaction of its customers.

This is where my family of 3 cars gets our gas. We are on a budget like most everybody these days but, we all still need gas. We shop to collect FM points and use our ¢off per gallon regularly. Sometimes it's up to 50¢ off PER GALLON!

Unlike most other Fred Meyer Fuel Centers, the hoses here do NOT reach both sides. Which is incredibly frustrating as they still insist every lane be one-way.

Long wait times at this location, as it takes a while to fill up here. Decent gas prices and staff. I love it when I have rewards to use to save on gas prices.

This particular station, the staff are not as friendly as other Freddie's gas stations I've been to.
