Came to frame our jewelers to find my daughter a Mother's Day gift walked in the store and almost completely walked around this store before anybody addressed me. I was then addressed by a young lady named Madison. I was telling her I was looking for something butterfly she told me that didn't have anything. I did ask her was she's sure then she found two pieces.but they weren't quite what I was looking for.

They had a sign that said they were having a sale. I inquired about that and she just pointed to the sign. I said can you give me more detail and then she just walked away, I thought but she was actually walking to the counter where the sale was being represented. I asked her about more detail she became irritated. I said thank you and walked out.

I then thought about how she treated me and I walked back in to get her name and she was talking about me to the other customer service rep. Degrading me when the other customer service rep saw me her eyes became big while the other person Madison was still talking smack. When she realized I was standing there her eyes too became very big. I asked her name said thank you and walked out. Every single time I have come to this store to make a purchase. I have been treated rudely I will not be returning and I will be reporting them. The gateway location is the worse store of all. Go to interstate!

So friendly! They were so helpful when I picked out the best diamond/amethyst necklace and earrings combo. And at such a good price too!

I had an absolute exceptional experience at this Fred Meyer. The woman present helped me find a ring that I've been looking for quite some time. She was able to assist me with my needs to find the perfect wedding ring for my soon to be wife. I went from stress to relief in a matter of moments thanks to her professionalism and information. I don't think I could've found a better Jewelry specialist than LeAnn Struzan.

She will find you EXACTLY what you’re looking for every time. She has helped me pick out baptism gifts, graduation gifts, bridal party gifts, she helped my husband upgrade my ENGAGEMENT ring AND helped pick out the most beautiful wedding band I’ve ever seen.

Just got a message from my sister. The earrings we bought her for Christmas has broken. When she took them back they told her if they replaced them they will keep braking. Up sold her to a product that "won't break". Really.why sell a shotty product you won't stand behind? Very disappointed!

Horrible quality of jewelry, falls apart immediately. No point in buying the lifetime warranty, your jewelry breaks and you take it in for repair, and get the most unprofessional assistance from jenny, who clearly hates her job. She didn't do her job and put in the request to fix my earrings. Instead, 3 weeks later, I got a call from a different worker, whom had no idea what they were supposed to do with my earrings. The jewelry is still in poor condition and falling apart. I will NEVER buy from Fred Meyer jewelers again!

This location has the worst customer service, both for the jewelry and the watch repair. I took my watch two months ago to fix a scratch and replace the battery. I paid the full amount in advance, was told that it would take two weeks and that they would call me when it was ready for pick up. Two months later, I haven’t received a single phone call and they never answer when I call. I have stopped by during the watch repair business hours 4 times already, and the guy is never there. Today I was told that he had left early because he “wasn’t busy”. Another person said that he would return next Wednesday. When I mentioned that he was never there the times I had showed up, another very rude sales representative said that he was always there and that he would be back on Tuesday. I asked for clarification about when he would be there and she rudely pointed out to his business adding that “he was a busy man”. Ironic that he left earlier today because he wasn’t busy at all. When I mentioned never receiving a phone call, she made me feel that it was my responsibility to call and when I said I actually had but he never answers, she instead that he “is a busy man”. I don’t know what has been more frustrating, the watch repair man lack of professionalism and disregard for his customers or the jewelers sales assistant rudeness and poor customer skills.

The worst service and rude workers I have ever seen. Stay away. They quoted a price of $80 to have the ring re-sized, then when it was picked up it suddenly was over $230 (which a call for approval was never made). All the workers are so rude, like they are mad to work there.

Such a terrible experience. You'd think a place where people are buying rings and jewelry would be a positive experience, but this was hands down, some of the worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. They pretty much said anything to get me out as fast as possible. They told me over the phone that they could handle some stuff for me, and when I arrived, they said I couldn't. It was just repeated failures of customer service. Definitely will NEVER visit this location again.

Love their selection and prices. This visit was to have my Husband's ring cleaned. Very friendly and helpful but no pressure. Recommended.
