22Really long lines, they consistently don’t bottle liquid medication very well (have to ask for bottle stoppers), unfriendly service. I agree with another reviewer, dosage is frequently changed for our family member and we get a lot of run around about it. I end up paying out of pocket here a lot because they can’t get their computer to “take the insurance”. It’s a hassle here, we switched to a different pharmacy.
They don’t answer the phone, and they don’t understand medicine is a urgent matter and are not helpful in refilling prescriptions. Avoid!
I'm newly diagnosed ADHD so my provider adjusts my stimulant dose often. Every time pick up here the cashier has to have someone "double check something" and mentions that if I'm taking [previous dose], why am I getting [new dose]. Even just picking up my refills I get nasty implications that I'm abusing my medication and it always adds up to additional 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer that person's accusatory question. Its ableist, rude, violates my privacy and wastes my time, and if I had the transportation I'd never come here for care again. Do better.
Ridiculously long lines. You'll be lucky to understand anyone because of heavy accents. The staff used to be so nice and friendly. Now everyone is just rude and if you have a question about anything the only answer you'll get is I Don't Know.
I had an issue with insurance and the staff straightened it out in no time at all and were very nice.
When my order is called in for new or refill, I receive a text when it's ready for pickup. The staff at the pharmacy windows are very helpful.
It doesn't matter if there is 2 cars or 5 in front of you, you have to wait forever. I recieve text messages that my prescription is ready, show up and they say they haven't started it yet.
If you call them for any reason, you'll get someone who impatiently says, "Can you hold for a minute" and then transfers you to the main Fred Meyer customer service line. Completely unacceptable
90% of the time when I'm told "it will be ready in an hour, " translates to "we're sorry, it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. " After driving an hour to get here.
Worst customer service. Long refill waits. Didn't have common scripts in stock. Don't offer automatic easy refills.
They've always been really friendly and informative. Lines can get a little ridiculous but I feel like its expected no matter where you go.
Was told that my prescription would be done on Friday at 2: 00 and I didn't have time to pick it up, so I can Sunday. They told me they were out and it wouldn't be here until Monday. Why I didn't receive a call is beyond me. This is people's lives and I filled it with plenty of time, now I am out and feeling weird with out my medicine. This branch needs to get their act together.
Initially told my prescription would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Over 2 hours later & I finally got my prescriptions due to mistakes made by the staff and the only apology I got was half-hearted. Not how I wanted to have my time wasted. Could have driven to at least three different other different pharmacies, waited over an hour and still made it home in less time. I will literally from now on go to any other pharmacy.
Sadly this pharmacy has gotten worse and worse over the past year. They are slow to fill prescriptions and when asked for fill times, do not meet their commitments. This has caused me serious lapses in medication I have had to fill from other pharmacies. I am moving my business elsewhere.
Everytime I come here, something is always wrong. Not very knowledgeable staff. I'm changing pharmacies.
Absolutely useless from a customer service standpoint (long waits, horrible phone system, inconsistent in contacting patient, etc.), but they're cheap.
This pharmacy is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. There are 2 girls who work there that are rude and have attitude problems and one of them is going he pharmacy manager! They are so slow. Really disappointed In their customer service.
Dropped my prescription off last night and was told they had just enough to fill my request. Due to the time of night and that they had a long line I told them I would return tomorrow. I just called to check my request and I have been told they don't have my meds and if I want it Today I should try another Fred Meyers. This was the first and last time I will ever use the Pharmacy.
Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Nobody knows what the heck they're doing, and the people they have working there are rude as ever. I'd recommend a different pharmacy

They really put their heart into their job i favor the ones that have been there for a long time bc they really know their job.
