I'd like to give this review another star or two, because at the end of the day, when my other pharmacy failed, Freddy's came through.

But today, one of the pharmacists was being so loud and obnoxious you'd think she was screaming over a 6.7L transit bus diesel engine. I couldn't hear the woman who I was speaking to, and it triggered off my add. The gal at the register (with an Asian accent) did an awesome job, and deserves a raise. I know it just seemed like I couldn't understand her, and was completely out of my mind, but that wasn't the case. It was extremely embarrassing for both of us.

The staff and pharmacists are very friendly and helpful whenever I call with a question or go there to pick up my perscriptions.

Not worth the hassle. They have repeatedly made mistakes on very important medication for my disabled child over the last few months. They used to be efficient and friendly, now they are scattered and rude.

Been having MANY problems with my prescription not being filled and having to argue with the pharmacist until they figure out it is on their end each time. They refuse to do their job correctly and leave us customers waiting and wondering if we will even get our prescription on time. They need to CALL the person if the prescription isn't available so we can have them send it to a different pharmacy. Having us jumping through hoops to get an answer is lazy and they are at fault.

Never before have I had issues filling prescriptions here until lately. I called and spoke to someone and verbally told her what medicone of my husbands needs filled and 7 days later I call and ask and they have no record. I had to get something for myself and I physically dropped it off and they told me 45 minutes. I came back an hour later and they tell me 45 minutes again. She tried telling me the doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy.no he did not, I DROPPED IT OFF TO YOUR HAND. Now I sit here.another 20 minutes on something she said they will fill right now after they found the paper I handed her an hour prior. Frustrating to say the least. I can say there is one lady who works the counter that I do appreciate. The other lady.not so much with the "I just work here" attitude.

On one prescription, they actually decided for themselves that one of my repeat prescriptions didn't need to be filled because they had already filled it previously and told me so (weird). On another prescription they said they didn't have the right medication, called doctor, doctor gave them an alternative (and sent an email), I called few days later to see if the prescription was available they said they hadn't heard back from the doctor. It's about 50/50 whether or not you'll get your medication from here.

This has been my go to pharmacy since the store opened.
Always friendly staff who have been there a while. They know who I am. Linda and Patty are great counter people, friendly and efficient.

Failed to fill prescription, cant keep accurate information. Doesn't work with other pharmacies on transfers. Terrible communication and long lines.

The staff is not helpful in any way and over the phone is even worse! I am stuck going here because of location and insurance.

Usually bad customer service, recently called in a refill that they said would be filled in 30 minutes, 4 hours later when I was there to pick it up it wasn't even ready. I didn't want to wait the 15 more minutes so I left and not 2 minutes later as I was pulling out onto the street I got the text saying it was ready.

The staff are incredibly unhelpful. The waiting area is so dirty. They often run out of common medications.

Pretty decent overall. Quick, which I like a lot. The dude who's always at the country on the left, he always makes a big deal about checking to see if they're out of my needs, and they never are. Very strange man.
