Out of my regular medication for weeks. Had a substitution available, but refused to fill it without getting a brand new prescription from my doctor even though I have done the same thing in the past at the same location. And very poor customer service in addition. Also, pretty much always a long wait. Do yourself a favor and find a better pharmacy.

The staff here is great. There’s just nowhere near enough of them. Currently number 15 in line and I’ve been standing here 10 minutes already. This is becoming a regular occurrence and it doesn’t feel like Freddy’s is doing anything to fix it. Go to a stand-alone pharmacy like Walgreens or somewhere else to avoid the headache.

I literally have been standing in line for the last 45 min and they still don’t have enough people to help out! The line behind me is all the way out to the grocery store. Shame on them for not having the staff that is needed

Their employee Danny is the best. He's such a sweet kid and soooo helpful. We need more people like him in the world. I will keep coming back and tell all my friends to go there. Thanks SO MUCH Danny.

The guy that answered the phone is short and rude. I know they’re busy and all. But my daughter needs her medicine right now. She just had surgery. I have been more than patient and polite.

Wish I read the reviews before I chose this as my pharmacy. I waited in line for a short time, got to the front and she asked that I come back in 20 minutes because it hasn't "processed" yet. I saw the doctor 3 days prior. I left confused, but obviously came back. Of course the line was long and I ended up waiting for another 40 minutes! I literally been in the grocery store for over an hour just to pick up my prescription.

Fred Myers, COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS! You should be ashamed of how you run your pharmacy.

It is disappointing that a store this busy doesn’t have a better pharmacy. Nice staff, just not enough of them and their notification system is lacking.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy, I understand they may be low-staffed, but it is not acceptable. Each time I get my medication refills I wait in line for over an hour. And whenever I try to call, they put me on hold for 20+ minutes and never end up getting back to me. Just the other day I was in desperate need of a refill and after talking with me for 5 minutes, they put me on hold, knowing I was in desperation, and NEVER got back to me. I will not be going back and I have finally transferred to a different pharmacy.

Arrived at 4: 55PM for a vaccine, 2 people in line. I didn’t get called in until 5: 45PM, only to find out they had prepared the wrong vaccine. 5: 55PM, I get called back with the correct vaccine. Unacceptable to wait an hour for a vaccine I was told would take 10 minutes.

Fred Meyer had been my go-to for most of my life. Recently on two separate occasions, Tina at the Hollywood Fred Meyer pharmacy, refused to run my insurance for my prescriptions. The first time she shouted very loudly and threw her hands in the air and said "I'm not doing it because it's Oregon Health Plan". That is discrimination and I asked to speak to a manager, she said nobody was available. I got the store manager involved and wrote a letter and wrote corporate. I got a call that a refund check was waiting for me. It happened again a few days ago. This time I shouted and made a huge scene until it was addressed. The pharmacist claims that this has never happened before in his 30 years there, but he failed to acknowledge that it happened to me a few weeks before. Tina is flat out discriminating against people the have Medicaid and it is completely inappropriate. It is disturbing that Kroger did not respond to my first complaint and obviously has not followed up with their employees.

Used to be an efficient and well staffed operation, but after a remodel and implementation of new technology the lines and wait times are consistently horrendous. The staff seems almost as frustrated as the patients and I think the decline in service is mostly due to poor design, planning, and staffing decisions made higher up the chain. I hope they turn things around soon I don’t want to have to change pharmacies.

Be ready to wait in line and then once you get up to the counter. Get ready to hear " We're working on it now, 30 more mins. " Even if you called it in days before. This department is understaffed and overwhlemed

I called in to make sure they had my prescription, first they couldn’t find it, then they said 45 minutes. I came a hour later, they didn’t have it, then they had to find it again, then told me it would be another half hour. Don’t come here if you don’t want to sit around all day waiting.

They need to make the pharmacy bigger and give it more staff. The volume of customers is too high. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Understaffed and disorganized. When I transitioned from CVS after moving, it was not a smooth transition. They messed up so many times, I had to go without medications several times over the first several months. I called again and again, went in person, came back in person and waited. So inconvenient. I waste so much time here. The lines are always long and they dont actually text me, or they do and the medications aren’t actually ready. One time, I pointed out a loose pill in an empty cubby. I hope someone else isn’t missing one pill. The only somewhat redeeming quality is that the employees themselves are very sweet. They just seem super overworked. I still go here, because it’s down the street, where I also do groceries, but I have considered going elsewhere because of the amount of time I spend at the pharmacy.

The employees are always nice, but it just can't make up for the nightmare of trying to get prescriptions filled here. I love the convenience of picking them up while grocery shopping, but it just isn't worth it anymore. Taking my business elsewhere.

Very Nice people, VERY slow, too many people trying to use this pharmacy for the amount of employees? Have called in prescriptions that weren't filled for days after they were supposed to be filled. Yikes.

Wait times are incredibly long. They really need to do something. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. I can’t waste 40 minutes every time I need a simple fill.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences here. They've given the wrong dosage to my daughter, they take hours to fill things when they say 30 minutes and today my whole Father's Day has been taken up with them not being able to fill a prescription they said they would.
