Fred Meyer Pharmacy, Hillsboro OR

The female pharmacist on weekends is rude and abrupt and the staff is about the same caliber. Super unfriendly and uncaring. They also complain to customers about the corporate office. An awkward place, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Just don’t go here. They are completely unorganized. They made me wait for weeks to get an appointment for flu shot after collecting my info and when I show up they said oh your insurance isn’t covered here. Why can’t you say so weeks ahead? Really rude and uninformed staff to add with this mess. Just a mess overall.

They have no concern for peoples health. I watched a worker get off the phone with someone and say, Well they can wait an extra hour or day maybe since it’s so urgent. ” They run their pharmacy like a dmv instead of a medical service.

Dont go i regret i have them my doctor already sentvthe a dang cose they need and they say they did no and they fid now u m really sigo because i check my sugar il getting torres of of it they cant do there job RFF ight

I can remember when the staff here were polite and concerned about the customers. Even before the pandemic, once Kroger took over, that had badly eroded. Now however, it is at a new low. What once took 30 minutes now takes three hours, and it has happened more than once that when I return, it still isn’t done. They just make excuses, are unapologetic and unconcerned. This is what happens when giant corporations like Kroger gobble up smaller local businesses like Fred Meyer’s and then pretend to provide the same value, convenience, and customer service. It’s just another Kroger store living off the past glory of Fred Meyer’s. I really miss Fred Meyer's.

Horrible pharmacy with even more horribly incompetent people. The pharmacist could care less about their customers. I'm on crutches and was taking public transit and there are delays and they couldn't wait a few minutes for me to get there after 9! Not to mention my prescription was called in at 5 something and wasn't ready till 8.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years now and have always found them to be helpful and courteous. My husband has had many changes in his prescriptions, and they have remained patient and kind. I feel confident with the staff as they will let me know what vitamins he should not take with his medications. I am satisfied and happy with this Pharmacy.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from a staff member who was disrespectful to me. I called in and was told yes that they had a medication for which I had a prescription and upon asking whether it was generic, I had to explain why it mattered to me so much. Then the staff member told me no they don’t have it and hung up on me. Thanks!

I speak to one female worker there most of the time and she is HORRIBLY rude.has a serious attitude in her voice for no reason. I'm always very polite on the phone and have given her no reason to treat me that way. If you don't like your job don't work there.bc it seems like she is a very unhappy person.rant over

I was hesitant to call after all of the 1-star reviews, but I called in to see if they have a covid rapid test available. Even though the rapid test is outside of the pharmacy, the lady I talked to went and checked anyway. Awesome customer service for me.

This pharmacy is terrible. Their hours say 9am but you cannot pick up prescriptions until 10 weekdays. To make matters worse, it's taking them 4 hours to fill a prescription. Normal pharmacy turn around time is 2 hours max.

Which ever lady worked Dec 9th and was answering phones is probably one of the meanest pharmacy workers I ever spoke with. She is so mean, and rude. I was reading reviews and it looks like many other people agree with me. Hopefully management will make staff changes, because I no longer feel comfortable calling or filling prescriptions here for me or my children. Rude lady works here! I suggest to avoid this Fred Meyer. She refers to the pharmacy as her "pharmacy".

Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service. Will not being using this pharmacy in the future. Idk but the lady I always speak to is extremely short, and rude whenever I call.

I DREAD calling this pharmacy for anything. I have never experienced such unfriendly service at a pharmacy. They make you feel like you are a total inconvenience anytime you call. 1 star

They’re extremely rude from the moment they pick up the phone and talk to you like garbage. They never help over the phone and just tell you to come into the store. I’ve never talked to such rude people especially when I haven’t done anything toward them to act that way.
