Trained here after a camping vacation with my family. Very skilled students and a high level professor to roll with. I'm certain this is the best training you'll find in Medford.

I’ve enjoyed training with Professor Nadow from the very first time that I showed up to the school almost a year ago. He made my kids and I feel very welcomed. I have trained in other Dojos and Fudoshin is by far the best training atmosphere.

I have known Adam since 2011. We competed as blue belts and have been friends since. He was a great competitor and went on to get his Black Belt and dedicate his life to learning all of the details of the sport at the very highest levels. Whenever I have a BJj question these days, even on a difficult situations, I send it to Adam and he responds immediately with very helpful answers, and I’m not even in the same state! So, if you are anywhere near Medford, Oregon, and would like to learn this wonderful martial art, I would Highly Recommend visiting Fudoshin Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and learning as much as you can from Adam Nadow.

If you are in southern oregon this is simply the best place to train jiu jitsu. Professor Adam is a great instructor. He is a high level practitioner of the art, but even more importantly, he maintains a welcoming but serious gym. Whether you are new to jiu jitsu or a seasoned player, you’ve got to check this place out.

Fun place to go to roll, while still being focused and driven to learn technique and discipline. Great environment for the whole family

Great gym great team mates and one of the best coaches in the business. The proof is in the pudding as our coach says as I took double gold in our recent tournament in Arizona. Highly recommend you give this gym a try it’s the real deal.

I previously wanted to come to this dojo to train after having trained with Professor Adam Nadow almost 8 years ago here and there. During that time, I was struggling to understand the more intricate side of BJJ. I finally moved up to the Medford Oregon area and was able to undertake the experience of training at his actual dojo.
The traditional experience that is offered at Fudoshin BJJ rivals that of any gym I have attended and have previously been affiliated with. Professor Adam Nadow keeps the traditional experience alive in this dojo - he teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu the way he was taught and keeps to the traditional aspect, which is a very positive thing because it teaches respect, consistency, and also gives you a wholesome tempo to follow and keep in your social life.
Many gyms I have been to simply allow the students free reign of the gym while teaching techniques that have not been though out well or have only been learned by the teacher in a rudimentary fashion. All of the professors students are held to high standards in understanding of technique, attendance and applicability of techniques.
I have been reading the comment section and have seen some very sour comments. One of the comments from Last Tribe BJJ is one I will address as a concerned student -
This person couldnt hack it here because she claimed to be from a traditional gym and couldnt hack it at a real traditional bjj gym. Alot of times, I find I am challenged to the brink of my being as well, but bjj requires that a person KEEP PUSHING AND ADHERING TO ITS PRINCIPLES. When you step outside of that box, its easy to lose sight of the goal and fall off. Its easy to get away with that type of mindset at another gym - because most other gyms are watered down. Also, watch your drug intake coming here to this gym. A sound mind is necessary to having a sound body, and this issue was big with the person that slandered my professor, along with plenteous other issues. Its better that you come into a real dojo humbly and not with your own set of expectations. Laughingly we say, "Bend or be bent upon. " Your pride Last Tribe and your infractions led to your being ousted - it had nothing to do with the environment or the professor. There are plenty of other dojos that will accomodate those that want the Mcdojo experience. Ive been to dojos across the US and this one is very rare in the fact that you will receive an authentic BJJ experience here - to all the naysayers I have one question: You said you wanted to do Jiu Jitsu? And when you received the real thing - you failed and tried to villianize one of its truest practitioners and his gym. Shame on you all. The answer to your gripe is looking at you daily in the mirror.

I've been in the Jiu Jitsu game for over a decade. I can say from experience that Fudoshin is a superb BJJ gym. The instruction from Coach Adam Nadow is second to none. Adult classes are Monday thru Friday at 6 a.m, 10 a.m, and 6 p.m. You can train before work, after work, or even on your lunch break like I used to:) Programs like this are hard to come by, especially in smaller towns like Medford. If you've been thinking about training, this is the spot! Come get some:)

Went to Fudoshin for my first Jiu-Jitsu class yesterday and had a great time. If you’re intimidated by the sport but have always wanted to get involved this is the place to go. I learned more in my first class than I have in years of trying out other gyms and everyone made sure I was taught and challenged in a supportive way. If you’ve been wanting to try BJJ but are hesitating because you’re nervous, new, out of shape, or any other reason quit making excuses and come try this place out!

Excellent instruction, workouts and training. I was visiting family for a month while in Medford and thankfully found Fudoshin. I was very impressed with Professor Adam Nadow and his students. The warm ups were excellent and so were my training partners. I will be back for sure next time I'm in town.

Although Ive never visited his location here, I have the PRIVILEGE to say that Professor Adam trained me when I was living in Los Angeles (during that time I received instruction from him in a friends garage, so be thankful for and respectful of that nice facility he has now friends). I tell you, if you dont train with him you are losing out. He explains such really difficult maneuvers and techniques with simplicity. I've trained under the likes of Eddie Bravo and many others, but no one comes close to instructing and also being a genuine person like Professor Adam #1. Train here or lose out is all I have to say.

Dropped in while visiting Medford. They had great jiu-jitsu and friendly people. Professor Nadow has set up a great atmosphere and training environment.

Adam is a great instructor and coach with an awesome facility! Definitely the best choice if you’re considering a grappling discipline in the Rogue Valley.
