I dropped my riding boots off for a sole and zipper repair last October. It is now August and they still have not been repaired.

Wow! This is a five star leather repair shop, I went there today and brought my leather purse I'd bought in England, it's hand made and my favorite bag. I thought the bag's zipper was broken but Daniel fixed it in 5 minutes, I was astonished. He took the bag and went in the back to work his magic on it, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw it repaired so fast. I said, I got a price quote for $150 to fix this bag in Palo Alto, CA. Daniel said the zipper was fine and coaxed it into position. It looks brand new and the bag is 15 years old at least. He said, be gentle with it and if it stops working bring it back and I'll fix it. For $15 or $20. He knows what he's doing and I won't go elsewhere for a leather repair. Incredible! High point of my day. Don't miss it.

This place keeps my work boots working! Everything from a re stitch to new soles. Great price fast turn around and quality

Very good service. Good prices. Real humans that are actually able to work on and repair shoes. Not an easy skill to find these days. Not the easiest to find and get to for the first visit.

Know nothing about the repairs. Wasn't impressed with the lack of knowledge about a pair of hiking boots they sold me.

I am very impressed! I went in yesterday May 29th as I had three items needing repair. A belt, a wallet zipper and my Teva sandals. Randy repaired all three for an extremely fair price, and while I was there! I was there for maybe 30 minutes. The guy loves John Wayne, and that's pretty cool. Thanks a lot Randy. Dan

Add my husband's boots re-soled. He had them done in a fair amount of time. He did an excellent job! Easy to find them in normal traffic parking wasn't too bad. Definitely will remember this place

I've used Messinger's three times now, and this fella amazes me. So, get this, even the shoe repair place in my home town of Grants Pass told me to go to Messinger's.that's how good Mr. Messinger is.the local guy couldn't even do the work! And Messinger did it and at a great price.i had some boots that i loved and didn't wanna sacrifice to the graveyard, and he took good care of me! Recommend them highly.cheers, Mark

The staff are very professional. The repairs were completed in the promised time, in fact the cobbler was sick but came in just to complete the repairs as promised. Very nice and rare these days. CHEERS
