Holes in my roof, doors, windows, floors & extra tenants moved in living in non livable areas. Im certain there was no background check preformed at all. My house was destroyed when left to this company. I was left on my own to pick up the mess this company left me in. If me and my partner weren’t handy, I’m certain the expenses would be over $40,000. I was warned by the 2 outside companies that I had hired after tenants kept over filling my septic that there might be a problem. The property manager kept assuring me everything was ok no problems. These people do not care about your property! I’m heartbroken with what I’m now having to deal with.
