Wasn’t impressed with their customer service, I walked in and wasn’t greeted when their wasn’t a busy rush and even looking around there were a few employees not doing anything that could have asked me if I was finding everything alright and didn’t. Pretty sure I’m not coming back.

Never going here agin. Took them an hour to test my console when I was selling it. MADE me sign in to my Xbox account - Username & password in front of a store full of people. I value my privacy, this store obviously doesn’t. THEN, waits for a game to install from disc to test it? C’mon really? ! They’ll waste your time here, beware

Don’t go their over priced they are awful people and the company needs to be shut down game stop will steal your money f game stop stop going go to wallmart or target

As a gamer I love going to place that if I don't know what I'm looking for there'll be people who can take my interests and show me similar if not something completely new to me. Great people and an awesome employee to customer atmosphere

They lied about the price of a game to me and I tried to sell 1 unused game and 2 used games and they tried to give it to me for 78 cents so gamestop tried to scam me like what the heck.

Called in to ask for Magic The Gathering items and a gentleman by the name of Derek helped me find exactly what I wanted. He also gave me some advice on how to drop the price by suggesting to bring in controllers for some store. I had some laying around so I cleaned them up a little and brought it in. End of story, I got 6 Modern Horizons packs for free and on top that got a Wrenn and Six ($89.95 card). Thank you Derek and thank you to your assistant that helped me with my transaction; I'm sorry I didn't get your name in the.until next time.

I made one of the greatest finds of my career in this particular GameStop. The selection comes and goes, as it does with every single game stop. For a mall store, the people who work here are really nice. Even though I hate malls, I don't hate coming here.

Sold me a broken game, didn't expect to need my receipt because I know I like the game, but it doesn't even start up and I have no recourse. Feels bad.

I love this location cuz of the staff and the products they hold. I would give it a 5 star but a lot of collectables they have haven't really caught my attention and thats not including pop figures. They have great pops! And as for older games, they don't have much to offer (but that's only cuz I already have most of them or the ones they have I have no interest.) But other than that really, I love coming here to shop and try to get at least one game.

Really like this Gamestop location. They always pull my stuff and have it ready when I order online. Friendly and knowledgeable, clean and well organized store.

Stop trying to sell preorders and membership while I try to purchase 1 used game. Those up sales are stupid

Actually had decent prices for most used games, their used console prices seemed steep. I'd come back to maybe buy in the future.

I get all my stuff here. I mostly stop by here to get xbox gift cards for friends or family. But the games are nice, I can get used for q better price too.and I can get consoles.

Good people. The store layout is terrible. The displays take up much needed walking space and the isles or sections are very small and way too tight. No matter what you do, you are guaranteed to bump into something. It's a store that you cant spend much time in without feeling antsy and annoyed by your surroundings.

There are GameStops out there with excellent and friendly customer service. And then there are the ones that make you think GameStop must have a corporate policy about hiring at least one internet troll to work in every store. I'll let you guess which one this is, and recommend you go to any other GameStop unless you're desperate.

Always great service knowledgeable staff and a great warm atmosphere also whenever new games come out they have great parties and stay on top of all the local game news

Trade-in Value isnt worth anything anymore even if the games or consoles sell for 10 times the amount they offer. I'd give 1 star for it but the employees were actually very nice.

Got ripped off on my Fallout 4 G. O. T. Y.game. I was lied to by an employee there who said that it came with the dlc but it did not and I ended up paying extra to download it separately.
