The staff here is always great. Very friendly and helpful. The selection of pre owned games is pretty slim though but staff helped us order what we were looking for.

They always have great deals on gaming items and accessories. I have the "Pro" subscription so earn rewards points I can save up to unlock gifts cards and such. Always great.

Wouldn't shop here again to save my life. I bought a few items and during my visit and the manager felt the need to belittle a family member right to my face. I walked out with my purchase and came back a few days later and returned everything. While returning my items the lady behind the counter had a snide comment of her own. I will never step foot in this place again.

5 star review from me (Mom ‍) because: Employee/Manager is a great guy (chubby-cheeked sales hustler, yeah that guy) who helps us patiently every time we come in with trade-ins and game questions that as a parent are important like appropriateness of content in a game. Not all parents can sit there and say, "Yay! I'm so glad my kid plays so many video games! " But honestly I can say this person's love of playing video games helps me as a parent make better informed decisions for my child trying to pick out the next great game. Thanks dudes of Coos Bay Game Stop!

What an absolute blast I went in there and got great deals and the staff was super friendly, I swear I could’ve been having a conversation with them for an hour, Absloutley Astounding service and without a doubt a fantastic gamestop

The staff can be a bit overzealous at times and while it isn't something that comes from a negative or mean spirited place, it can be a bit offputting at times.

They helped me find everything I needed for. My daughter the guy that helped me was very nice great job and thank you

Great selection of new & pre owned games, goofball staff that are both knowledgeable and fun. They work with you if you don't have all the parts for a system that you're trading in and that sure helps your pocketbook! There's always a new game or collectible coming out that I want and the staff makes sure I don't miss out. Thanks!
Overall it's kinda like going to your favourite aunts house where it's a vacation everyday (and you hope your parents don't find out what all you brought home).

Got to love this place great customer service.and a store filled with wonderfull fun things to look at and play with.

We stopped in to trade some equipment in, apparently didn't have all of the pieces to the Nintendo switch like we thought, however the guy was definitely willing to sell us one if we wanted to take $70 off of our trade in.

They educate you, provide an environment for your family to explore things they enjoy, and you might run into someone who you know too.

Meh. The manager is kinda rude and didn't seem to give two cents about me being there. But it's a gamestop so I'm not surprised

I love this chain of video game stores, the guys at this particular location are fantastic. Talk about knowledgeable.

We love to go to Game Stop for new or used games. This one in particular has very nice, knowledgable staff.

Only really good for the merch now. Doesn't sell any pc items other than steam cards, but I fell in love with an eevee plush they had.

I had an AMAZING experience I came in on Thursday night the 22nd around 8 pm and the staff was truly awesome they informed me on all the deals with every item I showed interest in. And just a super helpful group there. I didn’t catch their names but the one girl was super into Pokémon cards was super helpful and same with the guy who sold me the switches and the manager was also super helpful!

Took in 6 ps4 games including few they sell for $40 used and they offered 11 bucks for all 6.no wonder game stop is trying to sell the company.

Dont bother bringing your games to trade in, but if your preordering or just buying its a pretty good store
