GameStop, Happy Valley OR

I needed to get a new Switch and this location straight up ordered it from the warehouse! I was on a waiting list from another location for month and this location fixed me up proper in a week!
Knowledgeable staff, definitely using this location as my go to.

Great place to buy used games. They have about everything u need for ur game system and more. Store is clean and employees are helpful with what u needs are.

Put $$ down to reserve new up coming games pay before releasing date, thay call you to come and get. Or put $$ away in your game stop account!

The store was half empty. It didn't really feel like they were going to be in business much longer

No acknowledgement when entering the store, not a large variety of games to choose from and a big lack in the customer service area.

Katie at the Clackamas location is so helpful. Game stop always has what we need or they get it for us.

My experience in the store was fine it was after I'm very frustrated and disappointed with. I purchased 4 Steam gift cards for a gift. The same day the person I gave them to tried to use them and it came up that the cards had been used. After trying to call the store over and over again for over a half hour I called another location. They proceeded to tell me I had to deal with the card company, that game stop had nothing to do with it. Offered no assistance. Personally I feel the responsibility is on them. They took my money and sold me an invalid product. I have emailed Steam card and am waiting to hear back but from other reviews it takes a long time to get a response. Shame on you Game Stop. I will never shop there again. Nice only goes far if you only care about getting the sale.

Elisa the manager is helpful, energetic and fun when helping out. Haven't had any bad experiences at this GameStop.

Honestly they're so 10/10, I work at this mall and I know how exhausting it can be here, so the genuine enthusiasm is so refreshing

The lady that we work with is a supervisor and always remembers us when we come in. She gives us a heads up on anything Ghostbusters that is scheduled to come in for my husband's collection.

Employees were very welcoming and created a very great display for a preorder release. Store was well managed and well staffed. Good experience did enjoy.

The times I have popped in there, the staff seems to be unhappy and not thrilled about being there and dealing with customers. It makes me want to quickly leave and get out of their hair so I don't bother them.

Horrible customer service. Eliza is totally rude and rips you off constantly. I went in there to see what I could get for my ipad based on there prices online. She low-balled the hell out of me and said the prices online arent real. So why have them then? Always is having a “bad day” and takes it out on you constantly. Id suggest somewhere else if you want nice people

The gentleman who helped us out was extremely knowledgeable and not only helped us pick out a couple good games but also hooked us up with some fun free promotional merchandise.

In an age where we buy most of our games directly from download apps like Steam, it's important to still have places like this where genuinely kind people can give good advice and make game buying fun.

Unprofessional clerk yells at us "screw Tom Brady" with about 12 people in line after us as we were being helped by a different more professional clerk. No, screw you GameStop. WON'T BE BACK, EVER!

Dan held a thing for me while I drove for an hour. The mall closed early and he said that if we got security to let us in, he could still sell it. We got security to let us in and he said no because his till was closed. We asked if we could pay cash and he said yes if we have it. We told him we have it and suddenly he couldn't take cash. Not cool Dan, not cool. Will be calling back to complain to his manager.

The employees there are very cool and nice and very helpful and this is the only place I go to as far as video games go
