Instructed customers to leave an extra bag out due to ice storm the previous week and missing the week they informed of pickup, so 2 wks behind. Driver proceeds to smash the extra bag, leaving a huge mess. Thanks Garbarino, nice to know we took the extra effort to follow your instructions and you follow through by literally trashing your customers. Why even bother bagging?

Less than helpful on the phone, understandable weather complications shouldn’t land on paying customers. Service could use some improvement

I've been using them for just over a year now. Waste Management is FAR better than this company.

They have missed at least 5 pick ups on my street. The excuse is usually "all streets start looking the same and the driver assumes it was already done". Nice try.

We just had another pick up missed. Neighbor called and was told we were notified there is no pick up today and it is scheduled for tomorrow. The lady claimed we were notified on our bill. Really? I just looked at my most recent bill and it does not state that anywhere. No email or text notification either.

I also found out their billing is disorganized. I used to get billed for 2 months, then they missed one month, sent the bill late, and only for one month.

I wish we had a competitor because I would switch in a heartbeat.

This garbage company misses about every 5th week in picking up our garbage. It's as if because we're located in the same town, they can brush their customers off as an afterthought.

I've used them for 23 years & have always thought, "how do they provide such quality service at so little cost? " Any phone interaction has been friendly & down-to-earth. Everything works itself out quickly after holidays or bad weather. And they've expanded & even spearheaded options for meeting our environmental concerns creatively, in fact, now we have a great option for food scraps & waste. Thank you.
