They were our miracle on a very sad day! On the way to my grandfather's funeral, WW11 veteran, our waterpump went out, a mile away from the service. They went above and beyond for us, so we could be with our family. The community came together to help support us in our time of need, appointment holders moved down their timeframe so we could squeeze in ahead, to get us back on the road. I am very particular about my 2000 Anniversary Edition Infiniti Q45. I've maintaned it since new and after 206K miles and 24 years have gone by, it is still in excellent condition with some odd problems that come up from time to time and of course, normal maintenance.

Each time I need regular maintenance or help with an issue, the mechanics at Gary's Automotive Service take the time to meticulously
repair my car, keep me updated, and charge a very fair price.

The car always comes to me clean and running like Day 1!

I've used a few shops in the Portland area since I moved here and now that I have found Bill and his crew, my Q45 only comes here for service.

Theese guys are awesome. They are fair and do a great job! They explained everything to me and did everything I needed at a fair reasonable price.

Well in the beginning I really like this place Bill the manager is very good man and I like him however my stereo wasn't working I asked him if they could fix it they tore it apart put it back together but it never worked again and still charged me $80 for doing absolutely nothing to fix it so I'm disappointed in that if you go there my advice don't let him mess with your stereo!

Gary’s auto was recommended to me. I came in originally for one issue and shortly after getting that fixed, my time belt broke on the highway! I had triple A drop it off the day after due to it being closed. They shortly, diagnosed it and let me know my car would be in the shop at least a week /week & half, it ended up being there for a little over a month due to the engine repair shop taking more time then expected due to them being one of the only shops in the area to work on engines like mine. BILL who has taken over the shop always showed compassion and was very empathetic towards me not having my car. Unfortunately, they did not have any vehicles to loan. Bill almost always answered the phone, and if not would make sure to call back with some sort of update. Bill made my experience so much more easy to get through due to his kindness and consistent updates on my vehicle. It felt like I had some one going through the motions with me. Prices here are also reasonable, for the work they do. I will definitely be back for any other vehicle repairs I need to have done in the future. I agree with other comments below, do not judge this place by its outside appearance. Thank you Bill and the rest of the team for getting my girl back up and running smoothly.

I was in the area from out of town for the day when the power steering hose blew out. The staff at Gary’s was amazingly helpful and got us in and out in two hours.

I couldn’t have been happier. I would recommend them to anyone.

An honest mechanic with fair prices. I've been taking all my vehicles here for 5 years. They don't push unnecessary service but instead suggest services that should be done soon and what can wait.

The best mechanic shop around. Hands down, quality parts, good work, and fair labor prices. Bill will tell you exactly what your car needs and not try to upsell you on stuff that it doesn't. Always done the day it's scheduled to get done.

I wasn't happy because it took 6 days to fix my car, but it was a computer issue and those can be difficult. I was, however, happy with the final cost, very reasonable!

Very affordable prices and the work done on my brakes was great, plus good piece of mind warranty on work, and the place has been there forever so I know I can rely on them in the future. These people are the best. They got me back on the road in less than two days and at a very fair price. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on.
