11 Warning do not use this place
I brought in my chainsaw for a spark plug and a new trigger $130 later my chainsaw did not work right it took six weeks they said bring it back I brought it back
Never heard from them I called three times they finally said it was done but it would be an added charge of 50 more dollars I got my chainsaw home again it doesn’t work right now it’s leaking oil again warning do not use this place place
The kid behind the counter will lie to you over the phone and when you get there it’s a whole different story

Brought in a compressor for warranty service. They “fixed it” after having it for two weeks. The compressor ran for about 3 hours before failing again. I rushed back to gary’s to see if he could just take a look at the compressor he just serviced. He said no and told me he could not look at it until next week. These clowns jerked me around for weeks
We have ordered parts from Gary's several times. They have followed through well, with sincerity and professionalism.

Called and told me there was a part I ordered in so I stopped by an to get it! Supposedly part wasn't there and I couldn't talk to anyone!
These guys helped me with an emergency situation this morning on a repair job. Great price, fast and solid work. Will be looking to them in the future for all our Honda repairs.

Took my chainsaw in to have it worked on it was not smoking when I took it in there and the trigger was not broke I got it back made six cuts with it then the saw was smoking and the trigger was not right.so take it back and tell them I not happy that stuff was not like that when I brought it in. Then the kid tells me that they will make it right and I will not have to pay for it at the front counter and that they would give me a call by that night or the next morning I had to call them to figure out what was going on and then they tell me that they have not worked on my saw they call me back and leave a voicemail saying the exhaust is broken and the trigger is broken and that I would have to pay for that to be fixed they were the only ones to work on it. I would Not recommend the shop to anybody and I know my friend Dan that’s been going there for a few years will no longer go there because of all this
