My family and I have been seeing the team at the Albany Gentle Office for many years now. We have always had excellent service from Dr. Pham and his staff. Thank you!

Friendly front office. Greeted with smiles and each of them seemed like they enjoy their job (multiple visits same experience). The dentist (Dr Kinghorn) and his assistant (s) were efficient, patient, and made it a point to check in throughout the procedures to make sure everything was still going well. All the employees seemed to be professional and courteous. Having not as great experience at other Gentle Dental offices that are 20-30 minutes closer made it even more worth the extra drive to have great service at this location. Thank you!

My journey to a new smile began with Lisa, the manager of Smile Keepers in Corvallis. I know Lisa from church. I reached out to her, knowing she worked for a dental office, and asked her to make recommendations and steer me in the right direction. Not only did she give me options, she went the extra mile, connected me to Cindy at the Gentle Dental in Albany on Geary. Cindy was so kind, got me in relatively fast. The day of my appointment I met the ladies of the office, and was made to feel comfortable. Never once, did anyone make me feel bad or ashamed for the shape my teeth were in. They treated me with the utmost care and respect- even offering tissue for my tears. Each appointment, I got closer to my new smile. Theresa, was amazing at every visit, listening to my needs and working her magnificent skills. Today, I got my new smile and once again found myself sobbing in the dentist chair- only this time, it was tears of joy. The assistant, Kristy came in and put her hand on my shoulder and checked on me. I reassured her it was tears of joy. I can honestly say- from the very first call to Lisa, to cindy setting my appointment- to my delivery appointment today- Gentle Dental made this journey one that was full of kindness, laughter, care, empathy and 100% competence and skill. I cannot thank you all enough for restoring my confidence and ability to truly smile again. I not only regain confidence, but also, regain my life. I can't thank you enough. I have cried numerous tears today, as people have looked at me, commenting on how pretty I look. I cried reflecting on the amazing care you all provided me. Thank you all from treating me with dignity and respect, and for giving me my smile back. It is truly priceless.
