Dr. Lee is professional and likes to be on-time. He is knowledgeable and answers questions thoroughly.

Honestly, best dental experience of my life. Dr. Lee is amazing and so is his staff. We also take my four young kids to him (only change I would request from corporate Gentle Dental is TVs for kids like pediatric dentists have). Excellent care all around.

Got my first crown and the experience was much better than I was anticipating. It was painless and quick. I have my new crown and it is just like the original tooth only much better. Wish all my teeth felt so good.

Very friendly and helpful. I grew up in poverty with spotty dental care at best. Now I can afford SOME dental work and Dr. Li and staff have been super helpful in helping plan my dental work based on what I can afford and what is a priority. I have been consistently impressed by how little pain and discomfort I have had from the various procedures I have had done. Including the dental surgery I had performed at this office. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lee is very trustworthy and has earned my trust back in dentistry. After bad experiences with other dentists, trying to give me crowns that were not needed and poor mouth guards, I was very surprised with his care. Not only did he save my teeth, but he found the most affordable options and greatly listened to me. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I went to this particular Gentle Dental due to all the wonderfully positive reviews and I am so happy I did! Scheduling an appointment was easy as everyone on the phone was so nice and informative. Once my appointment began, the front office employee told me about a discount program to those who do not have insurance, like myself. It was very reassuring that no one "shamed" me for not having insurance!
Dr. Lee and I made a plan of highest priority issues to lowest and, again, made sure not to overwhelm me with information or costs!
During my next appointment (to get a cavity filled), everyone made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing!

The team at the Happy Valley branch is very attentive and takes the time to listen to my concerns. They are also willing to be adaptive as my personal dental journey has had some interesting ups and downs!

Recently moved to Happy Valley and was new to this office. Dr Lee and the employees at this location are so friendly! Had my cleaning and another appointment for two small cavities. It was a quick and painless process with Dr Lee giving updates during the process so I was aware how close we were to completing. Scheduling was easy too with a variety if time slots to choose from so I did not have to miss work.

I have been taking my family to Dr. Lee at his practice in happy valley for almost 6 years now. Great service from him and his staff. They have always taken cared of my kids when we have dental needs. Finding the right dentist is as hard as finding a good primary care Dr, once you find one you are golden.

Dr Lee and his staff are amazing. Dr Lee treats you like family and explains in detail about your options. He is very concerned about your comfort and will ask several times if you are okay during your procedure. I trust him 100%.

Dr. Lee and all of the assistance are very friendly and careful. The office is clean and inviting. I myself have a very hard time with needles and he made sure to explain the entire process in a friendly and understanding way. I really recommend this company and this location especially!

Really appreciate Dr. Lee! He explains what is going on with your teeth in layman terms and options for treatment. Explaining the Pros and Cons in a manner that feels Like he is on your side in the decision. I broke my tooth over the weekend and the clinic was able to see me right away. I have some anxiety about the dentist so I appreciated Dr. Lee checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I was OK. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience!
