I forgot my DRs names but they were all so sweet they took good care of me they even had me laughing I loved it

Best experience with a walk in visit I have every had. The front desk got me in without having to wait, Sara and Dr. Lau made the exam comfortable and relaxing. 10/10 recommend!

Bad customer relations with patients and there insurance companys it's has taken more than 90 days to get a surgical extractions and still have not verified with insurance so I'm contacting DHS SENIOR SERVICES IN OREGON AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO REMOVE THEM FROM IN NET WORK SEVICES ON MY INSURANCE COMPANYS LIST. IVE starting pulling my own teeth.

Dr. Tidwell was very nice, he shared his concern and advice to resolve the problem.he made me feel relaxed, comfortable and most importantly at ease. Laura was very awesome. She was so comforting and easy to talk to. She was great. I would say, go see them if you need fillings, repairs or crowns.what a great team.

I was terrified of the dentist and Dr. Lau and Sara did such a wonderful job! They are so caring and compassionate. Dr. Lau explained everything he was doing in the process which made feel even more comfortable. I’m so glad I found them at the Gentle Dental!

I wish I could remember her name (she took my X-rays) …she was very nice and kind. And Dr Lau did the exam. He was also easy to talk to and a very nice person. I had never been to a Gentle Dental before, and I had a very pleasant experience. They were VERY busy, and even so, I was taken back on time and well taken care of.

Dr Lay and Sara were very helpful with my broken tooth. They squeezed me in the schedule and put a temporary filling in until I can see my regular Dr at the same clinic.

Had a check up today. They were very gentle and explained everything they will be doing. The assistant was very kind and knowledgeable. The Doctor was quick & thorough as well!
