Great hidden gem in downtown Hood River. Sloped park in between two city blocks, nestled next to the historic library. Beautiful established trees shade the grassy slope and small benches, with fantastic views across the rooftops of the city below out and across the Columbia River.
Not generally handicap accessible, though there is a small picnic area with tables on the upper block that transitions smoothly from the sidewalk.

Fantastic little Urban Park on a hillside. Great picnic area with iron tables and chairs. Beautiful view of the Columbia River in Washington State from the edge of the park.
