Jonathan Mayorga was very efficient in helping us. From the time we dropped off our vehicle to the follow up to let us know what to expect and the progress of the work being done in the car.he was very professional and has excellent customer service/rapport.
I only went to Gerber for an estimate but they were awesome. They followed up with me after the estimate with an explanation of the estimate. Mike was quite up front about the process and quite informative.
They did a great job with my truck and they finished earlier than predicted, great service and even better people
Great custumer service staff and excellent work done on my vehicle in a timely manner. Kept me posted on the progress everyday. Definitely recommend for any collision repair to one's vehicle

Was told one week, it took two weeks and when I went to pick it up I was told it took twice as long because someone there scratched it and the had to repair it. They said they would compensate me and never did. However they were always nice.
If "straight to the point" were a place, this would be it. They gave me a fair assessment on my car's body damage and got it taken care of in a matter of days.
So the lady that works there named Kim is highly disrespectful. I got my car fixed two months ago, because I was rear ended. I am almost about to have a baby and Kim knows that. She keeps calling me almost every week saying I owe her money. Last time I checked she said to me “ We bill the insurance directly”
I don’t understand why she keeps bothering me and it’s very annoying since I’m in a lot of pain and still in pain from the accident. She’s very rude to me and talks to me like I’m a kid. I’m not the only one who’s gone through this. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
James and his team were awesome! I went in for an estimate, which he completed in about 10 minutes. I asked him about a different issue I was having with a squeaky back trunk latch and they fixed it on the spot for me, for free! Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend!
