I want to say thank you for saving my car second time. The best service ever. I recommend you to all my friends.

A woman hit my car and caused damaged to two panels and my rim. The work Gerber did was amazing. You can't tell at all. They even shinned my car and it looks brand new. On top of it all they finished a week early. I would definitely go back. Also Luis at the front desk was amazing.

It’s never fun to need collision repairs but people at Gerber in Beaverton go out of their to ease the pain. At the time of the estimate I was told exactly what needed repair and the possible additional repairs behind what we had already discussed. The is discussion was clear and all my questions answered and a timeline for the repairs was provided. The each Tuesday and Thursday I got a phone call giving me updates on the repair. Lastly the repair was completed ahead of schedule and the car was thoroughly clean, inside and out. If you need auto repair don’t hesitate to call Gerber.

I called their main number and made a appointment for an estimate which was 3 weeks out which is crazy just for an estimate.
Upon calling a day before the estimate I was told I had no appointment because when I called I was forwarded to their call service who books appointments but doesn't have access to their calendar. Thus I do not have an appointment after waiting 3 weeks.
What an abysmal way to run a business.
I have totally frustrated and will plan to report them to the BBB.
If I could give no stars I would!

Luis the GM did reach out to me today to explain the mix up and I was rescheduled to come in right away for my estimate. I appreciate the quick response to my review online here showing they do pay attention and take their customer service seriously. I give the owner high marks and thanks for knowing that customer service is the most important way to continue to run a successful business. Thank you and I would like to retract my earlier venting and frustrations.

I will have to say my experience with this company has not been overly great. I took my Toyota Tacoma in for body repair per insurance. Was quoted a time frame on how long they would have my truck and when it would be returned to me. When the time frame (two weeks) ended they kept extended the time another week. Top that off.when I finally went to pick up my truck. I asked if I owed anything and was told no. About a week later While driving down the high way. My truck cover started to fly out of the back of my truck. They had not installed it back on my truck properly. Then 6 months later. I get a phone call saying that I still owed $200 dollars. Something that I had asked in the beginning when I first picked up my truck if I had owned anything. Oh and the truck topper is ruined. They had stripped the bolts that holds it down. I would suggest going someplace else. If you do used them. Be careful. Friendly people and they will fix things but ruin other things that belong to you and are good at wasting your time

Did a very good job on my sedan's front bumper and fender. Smooth finishing. Complementary paint job. Really happy and satisfied.

I had some chips fixed in my windshield via a national company. I was directed to visit this shop. I was confused by the instructions, and the office staff was quick to help and get things sorted. When I returned to get my car, the price was as expected, and the office had had my car washed as a courtesy. Delightful experience. Should I ever need collision repair, Gerber Collision & Glass will be my first call.

Would highly recommend. Respected my time deadline and returned my Jeep in near-new condition. Even cleaned the interior and exterior before returning!

We got our car back it of course died getting off the freeway police helped my daughter and grandbabies i called Gerber told them what happened they said bring it they will fix it I love those guys over there, very pleasant people well they have to be they had to deal with me lol great place
