I contacted the firm and received a response within two hours. Although I was eager to discuss information, the gentleman on the other end of the phone stated “I can’t talk long I’m heading into court now, but tell me what happened. ” I began to describe the situation I was dealing with, after 15 second he interrupted me and asked “is this your first offense” I replied “yes”. He immediately replied “how do you plan on paying for this? ” I mentioned I had support and people behind me that were willing to help. He simply stated “do you have $7500 at the moment? ” I said “well if that’s what it costs I will make it happen. ” He then with a firm and short response stated “well, once you are able to confirm you have the money then give me a call and I’ll work with you. ” Then proceeded to hang up the phone and I guess move about his day.
The call lasted less then 2 minutes. I wasn’t offered a consultation, for I guess it was believed that this was a proper and professional way to process this info to get representation.
I never felt like I had a chance with them, and being on the receiving end of this made me truly feel as if it was a moment where I could be taken advantage of even more while in a very emotional and fragile state.

I understand all experiences are different, and that these professionals are busy doing their best, however if someone who I am going to pay represents me calls me back to rush the process because of their time management, it in no way makes me feel as if the concern is to help me, but rather help themselves. Easily could of stated “thank you for calling, im currently headed into court but wanted to extend a phone call to you to let you know that when I find time to sit and give you the time you need I will contact you back. ”
Instead it was all a simple conversation of money signs and what felt like a complete lack of empathy and respect.

I then contacted many other reps in the Salem area and was met with astonishing responses that not only were they coming off unprofessional but the 4 reps I called with higher reviews and the same or more years of experience were flabbergasted by the initial price point without knowing any info in the case or even having the “free” consultation.

They may do great work, but they certainly didn’t make me feel that way.
Extremely concerning for a first time offender

Overall fantastic experience. This was my first time ever needing legal assistance and I was referred by a coworker.
