Gino's Pizza Inn, North Bend OR

Our first time at Gino’s did not disappoint. The guys working were amazing and the food was top notch. Meatball sub was named “best one yet” by my dinner mate! Salad was fresh and large.
We will certainly be back!

I thought it was pretty good stuff, nice staff, I did have to wait but I was no worries because they were very nice so I didn't mind I recommend it

FOOD POISONING. OVER HALF OF OUR GROUP Of 30 GOT VIOLENTLY SICK AFTER EATING THERE ON 9-17-22. Reported to resturant staff on Sunday and felt they were not overly concerned.

I have been eating here for years and enjoyed it. My last trip will be my last. The staff was so unprofessional and unpleasant. The food was the worst I've ever had. Not sure if it was just an off day but I won't be back.

Not the same pizza quality they had thirty years ago. Their crust recipe is completely different and terrible. Couldn't even taste the sauce and the mojos were burnt. I was so excited to eat pizza at my childhood pizza parlor, but it was terrible. Whomever bought it from the original owner should of stayed with his ordinal recipes and quality.

Last time I was there I came in bought wings a pizza and 1 pitcher was told 20 to 30 min no problem seemed like they were a little busy was there with friends and family they all got there order 1.5 hrs later I get my wings semi warm and never got a pitcher got 3 to go cups cause I was leaving then my pizza finally came out after all the time I get told oh they burnt ur pizza and they had to remake it after all the other pizzas just my thought would be if it got burnt it would have been moved to the top of the list to remake not sure when I'll be going back again

Waited over an hour for an order they told me would be ready in 25 minutes. Come to find out it was sitting getting cold while my husband sat in the lobby waiting when they said it was still cooking. Ordered the "New baked pretzels" only recieved one out of the 2 it was supposed to come with and didn't get any beer sauce and mustard. My other appetizers were cold and soggy. Very disappointing.

Years ago this place was great, but we've noticed a decline in the quality over the last few years. We thought we would give it another try last week.big disappointment. I ordered a bay shrimp salad and when they brought it out it was overwhelmingly very shrimpy smelling and slimy feeling and it no longer was made with green leaf lettuce and tomatoes, the lettuce was brown and it looked unacceptable, so i refused it after touching it, the waiter took it away, the next thing i know the table in front of us is thanking me for the salad! Gross is all i can say. The staff were pretty un- enthusiastic about being there and it showed, our pizza was a super flat crust and had 6 pieces of pepperoni. The supervisor came out and refunded the salad, he was wearing extremely dirty clothes and sweat pants, hair was a mess. Totally unprofessional and no apologies for the food or service. So that being said we will never eat there and and i suggest that you don't either.

Hopefully anybody who goes here has a better experience than we did. The service was horrible as was the food. The spuds we ordered were either cooked in burned oil or someone dropped something plastic in the fryer. The pizza looked like a tornado hit it and tasted horrible. Our soft drinks were so warm they melted the ice in no time and continued to stay warm.good luck if you go, hope you like to gamble.

I ordered two pans of lagazana made by Ginos/Benettis, I ordered in advance for a Graduation dinner. They were amazing, and a huge hit.

Went to Ginos pizza as I always do when I visit North Bend. Spuds were still hard, took 45 minutes to get pizza when hardly anyone there, and the pizza was sub par at best. I don't know what happen, but they will no longer be a regular stop for me.

Sadly not the best customer service. I asked multiple times for ranch got home to find out there is no ranch…. Pizza sub is good would’ve been better with ranch.and soup is cold ‍️

Whoever the chef was making everything today was awesome and attentive while his two coworkers were extremely uninviting and seemed even annoyed they had to deal with a customer. I wish I would of gotten the chefs name, he deserves a raise for how amazing the food was and picking up the slack of his Co workers.

Best pizza in NB/CB and Las Vegas! We love coming here and ALWAYS eat at Gino's Pizza at least once. The crust and sauce are the best and lots of cheese and toppings.

Been going to Gino’s for 40 years. My favorite pizza place………. Until now. They could not get our order right and one person in our party didn’t get his pizza until the rest of us were done eating. Even though I told them we were dining in, they gave us 12oz. ”to go” cups and wanted 75 cents for a refill while other customers had 16 oz.plastic cups. They were rude when we asked them about issues.

Called and told 25 mins. An hour later got my food. Turns out when they burned my food they just threw it away but didn't remake it. It's a shame they have gone down hill so far. It's been a family favorite for 40ish years.

Gino's pizza is one of the best pizza places in town. I love there sandwiches for lunch. Pizza is awesome too. I've never had a bad experience here. I'm sure you won't either. Good food, friendly staff, great for kids. Everything you would expect from a great pizza place.

I know you guys are often shorthanded (I am sorry for that but it is no excuse for terrible customer service) but I called and got put on hold, 10 minutes later I hung up because no one came back. I have now been calling to place an order for the last 40 minutes and the phone is busy. I just drove past Gino’s, on my way to Safeway and there’s four cars in the parking lot. It is ridiculous for them to take the phone off the hook like that. I have called nonstop and it has been busy for 40 minutes straight, there is absolutely no excuse for this. This is not the first time it’s happened it’s just the first time I’ve done a review. A couple of weeks ago the same exact thing happened. You can never get anybody by phone down there

I gave two stars rather than one because the food is amazing it’s the service that needs work.

For about $40 dollars, I got a half-n-half pizza plus spuds, and sodas for the kids. Entertainment for children include 4 arcade games so bring $$$. It's usually busy, and even more so on Friday when we went. Best order your food via phone beforehand.

Great pizza! It's a small business and they tend to get crammed when it's really busy which makes for longer wait times but the pizza is worth the wait
