Glamorous Nails and Spa reviews
17My photos are at 6 weeks! A little worn from all I put them through but stillI saw Annie for the first time for a full dip set on April 15, and my nails have lasted me all this time. She did such a beautiful job. Annie is good company, pays very close attention to detail, and didn’t mind staying late to finish as my appointment ran long. My next dip set was with Vie who is also very talented and patient. The salon is clean and organized with plenty of parking. Everyone is kind and respectful. I feel welcome here.
Glamorous Nails is a wonderful salon. Beautiful anesthetics, a very large selection, and the absolute best service.
This is the best Nail Salon. Hands down. My favorite reason being the amazing and friendly people here. ️ The salon/spa is very clean with a great aesthetic. There is extensive nail and color options from polish to gel polish, from acrylic to dip powder, and, my favorite, Hot Gel. And they are truly amazing at the work they do. They offer a variety of complimentary drinks and are very reasonably priced on top of all of that.
Poor customer service. The owner left me sitting for 45 minutes in a chair while they took care of walk-ins. I ended up leaving with a bloody nail that tore down while waiting. Dip power makes nails so thin! A lady next to me got her toe cut! Spa is not a word id associate with Glamorous nails and spa.
Had such a great Pedi from Jade. She was kind, sweet and gave an excellent massage. I will be back!
The salon is friendly and clean but I received an uneven manicure. The tech used dip powder and let it air dry (no UV) which I thought was odd, and I was surprised when they told me I was done without having touched my cuticles, applying any moisturizer or even cleaning up under/around my nails. I vocalized that I wanted my nails cleaned up around and underneath (where the powder was stuck) and was assured it would wash off when I washed my hands. I have had dozens of dip manicures done and never had a tech not take the last step to clean up. I’ll be fixing my own nails tonight. $45 is a fair price for a good manicure but this wasn’t worth it.
This was my first visit at Glamorous Nails and I will definitely be back. I asked for ombré pink and white and they turned out beautiful!
Very friendly but still completely professional. Top shelf products and the techniques are very original. I love the environment and the vibe I love the work it always lasts longer than any other place I've been. And always super happy with the results no peeling chipping or breaking or lifting and I'm a stay at home mom lots of dishes and cleaning.
Staff is super friendly, so it's a nice and comfortable environment which made the 20 min late start easy to forgive. However, the quality of the work is not great. I left with uneven nails, less than stellar cuticles and a bit of a sloppy paint job for $62 plus tip!
I got my nails done yesterday and the place I went to didn’t do a very good job on my nails.they kinda looked embarrassing tbh. So I decided to get them fixed and go to a different nail salon, Glamorous nails! I have only gotten my toes done there before so I was trusting my gut on how good they would do for dip French tips with some swirls. Let me just say that they did an AMAZING job on my nails! They look fabulous and make whatever was on my nails before look like
Complete trash. I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon in the future. 5 star salon in my opinion, I totally recommend going to Glamorous nails!:)
My big toe polish rubbed off oddly enough in 1 day.
I called, went in, and the polish was repaired n with that service,
I always go back time n again to this shop.
I took my mom here for her birthday. She had a great time but unfortunately, I don't think that I got my money's worth. I asked for what is shown in the picture where the nails are sheerer underneath and was told to pick a color to go underneath. I was pretty confused because it seemed like in the photo the color was pretty sheer. I asked which color was sheer and didn't get a clear response. In a rush, I picked one that seemed close to my skin color but it did not end up looking like the picture at all. I was asked if this was the color I wanted and restated that I don't know what color is sheer and just went with it hoping for the best. In the end, my nails were pretty subpar and I do not believe the work that was done is $45 worth to be completely honest. I also paid in cash as directed by the person checking me out which seemed a bit weird because the sign said I could pay with card. Underneath the nail is also a bit bumpy and the coverage of the polish used is not very good. I am pretty bummed because I loved going here last summer and had no issues, but this made me not want to come back.
Update: they made me withdraw cash from their ATM and claimed there was no fee and I just got charged a back fee. Really disappointed.
I’ve been getting my nails done here for a little less than a year because at first they were very nice, respectful and had good prices. Though, overtime as I began to get other styles of nails, understandably the prices would be different but it didn’t seem reasonable. As I began to speak up at each appointment, the staff would get visibly frustrated and embarrass me in front of other customers. After those few incidents is when they began to continually change the prices on me compared to other people. For example my sister called in, as she’s never been here before, and asked how much gel nails would be and they said $35. Whereas when I called in and asked for gel nails were $45. I discontinued supporting their business when a few days ago I scheduled an appointment for acrylic short nails with a design and made my request very clear. The gal at the other end said the total would be $35, and then changed the price to $65 when they saw that it was me that arrived.
Came here for the first time and got a shellac deluxe pedicure. Had a really nice experience with Anna. She did a really good job, gave a very nice massage, and was very pleasant to talk to. I will definitely come back!
I’ve been coming here for quite awhile, though overtime they began to change the prices depending on the customer. They have favorite customers and make it very clear by doing a poor job and raising the prices if they don’t like you. They can be very rude, and embarrassing as they visibly get frustrated when you confront them about their expenses.
After my favorite salon closed (pre-pandemic) I started coming to this salon after receiving a recommendation from a family member. The prices are comparable to other salons, leaning more in the inexpensive side. The services they provide are great and my pedicure lasts a long time. I also have to shout them out for their COVID-19 procedures in how they've adjusted to this reality while keeping their employees and everyone else very safe. Since the start of the pandemic, I've only gotten pedicures (no manicures), and have always felt safe. I really appreciate this great salon and encourage everyone to give them a try! Note: they prefer cash, but also accept cards for payment.
By far the best nail salon I have ever been to for dipping powder. I usually see Kim and she is AMAZING however every person I have ever seen has been fantastic.
