Overpriced. Like extremely! And the owner is rude AF. Terrible vibe in there because of that. Highly DO NOT recommend. Go to Portland nursery, they are at least friendly.

And in response to the owner I have definitely been in and treated so rudely. I wouldn't have even bothered to review your store if that wasn't the case.

Ashley, the owner, is the kindest and warmest person in the world! She was an absolute pleasure to work with for my order. In the middle of winter, (out of season) she was able to accommodate my request for a sunflower bouquet! I was prepared to pay BIG for such an out of season request, but her price blew me away too! Great price for gorgeous flowers and plants. Incredibly thankful for this gorgeous shop, and their additional gift options! Thanks Glasshaus!

If I want a bouquet that I know is going to be stunning and long-lasting, I go to Glasshaus. The unique floral arrangements are so creative, you won’t find them anywhere else! I also love their potted plants and pottery selection. The owner has a great eye for quality and color. So glad to have your shop in my neighborhood!

All the plants I’ve bought from Ashley have THRIVED and I live in a north facing apartment. She is a wizard! Beautiful shop!

Glasshaus is a great local business. They have great inventory, great prices and the owner Ashley is a pleasure to work with. I much prefer this small business over the larger plant sellers in the area. This is the best place to buy plants and flowers in Portland.

All the plants I have gotten from here have struggled. Meanwhile, my Ikea and Trader Joe plants are thriving. Where are you getting your plants?

Loved this place when it was in the old location as well as my recent visit in the new spot.
I came in close to closing (which I already felt bad about) to get flowers for a friend that was injured. Without even telling her the reason I was looking for a bouquet, I was offered such kind help by who I assumed was the owner. She was so nice in offering to make a fresh bouquet and ensure I got what I wanted! One of the premade was already perfect and beautuful!

I went to this shop for my first time yesterday and I loved it. It's beautiful and vibrant and well curated. I wanted a smaller bouquet than the ones that were premade, and the person working said she was happy to make me something specific. That was awesome; I still got a glorious bouquet for my smaller budget. I'll definitely be coming back!

UPDATE: Since my first 5 star review, this place has become my favorite plant store. I am just now trying to cultivate a green thumb, and this place has taught me a lot. The owner and an employee have both spent time showing me plant care and teaching propagation. I looove their $2 propagation section - that is so exciting for a new plant lover. The first time I bought a plant, I was disappointed that they couldn't repot it for me, but I have learned so much from what they taught me that I think this has worked out for the best. For real, I feel like this place and the helpfulness of the staff have turned me from being a wishful plant owner to actually knowing what I'm doing and not being afraid to experiment. I love it here.
