I have purchased fixtures from the NW location in the past and have had good experiences. I was told the 82nd location had more lights on display so I went there. I was one of two customers there and counted three employees. No one greeted me and I walked up to a giro and explained I wanted to replace the builder fixtures in my new place. She was so rude and dismissive I was so taken back. I would love to support brick & mortar especially now more than ever, but I have never had such a bad experience. The Manager needs to ensure you have customer centric employees. How about a smile and a hello? I was ready to spend thousands and now I will look elsewhere. Unreal!

I went to one and Battle Ground and one in Clackamas when Clackamas the lady was not very friendly bad customer service no one said hi when I came in either

Great experience, great products. Customer service was excellent on multiple occasions. After installation we discovered we had lost two of the exterior bolts on one of our lights. Monica tracked them down and was able to get us new ones at no additional charge.

This place knows their stuff, which is what I needed. They were able to help me find an appropriate replacement for a ceiling light that was bad in our home.

Good service, but most of their stock seems to be more traditional and conservative styling, not much of the more exciting designs, which I suppose is expected since they don't move as much.

The problem is that, while they can order most anything you want, you can't return it, and since you couldn't see it in person before ordering. May as well just buy online since those places allow returns. If you're just looking for basic/traditional stuff, this is a great place to go.

We received terrific service in a recent attempt to replace ceiling light fixtures. After being greeted promptly, the associate listened to our requirements and was able to point out all the features that had options for customization. After giving us as much time as we needed to make decisions on our preferences, she was pleasant and efficient printing out the specifications on our two top choices, as well as installation and operation details. All in all, a very pleasant and productive place to shop, and to see our options in person.

01 21 2020 just stopped in for a specialty led bulb. Best service and help. Had exactly what I needed.

Tons of lights! This place is absolutely awesome if you're in to lights or looking for options. Very well knowledgeable staff, I was quit impressed with the accurate info. They had some suggestions that I didn't even think of which help a lot. Will be going back again.

We were disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by both the store employee and store manager when we were told we could not return an item after being told we originally could if there was any issue with it.

My mom and I stopped in here looking for some very specific night lights. They did not have what we were looking for in stock, but the sales people were INCREDIBLY HELPFUL in figuring out EXACTLY what we were looking for in terms of wattage and were able to help us figure out where we could buy them! I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in!

Very impressive place. Knowledge staff with a great selection. I like it for better than lamps plus, which is ok in its in right. But globe lighting is so much more.

Customer service was outstanding! They were very knowledgeable about the products. I will not go anywhere else for my lighting needs!

Nice young man, Quentin, helped us find our design desire. He checked the numbers on our track lights, complete with lights and the installation kit. Three lights, two feet of track. All added up to about three times more than I can get it online.

If money matters little or you love the game of spontaneous finds, this may be your place. I saw several cool lamps on sale for reasonable prices but not what I was looking for this trip around. I tried to buy local. It was a fun field trip to make a price comparison, but online gets my business this time.
