Going Green Albany

Usually it's a very nice place. But today in this time of masks those of us who are hard of hearing speak a bit louder we in hopes others will as well. Because we can't rely on reading lips anymore. Please refrain from accusing someone of "yelling at me" then again repeating "your still yelling" no I was trying to explain to you that I couldn't hear. But you closed your mind and repeatedly cut me off. I'm going to only go in on week days and avoid the C list weekend back up employees. Try Cloud 9 if you want really kind professional staff at all hours they're open.

Why would you give any less than 5 stars? I never thought it would be so easy to purchase cannabis legally! 5 stars for that! I cant think of one negative aspect! Location is perfect, staff is perfect and quality of products and prices are beyond perfect!

This place has everything! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Did I mention the in house point system that saves you money? Yeah, they have that too.

So i haven't smoked in like a year I have severe anxiety I went to 3 different shops before trying here I spoke to them explained my situation and they did curbside pick up however I didn't have cash so had to use atm but with my anxiety they met me at atm grab cash and met me at door with my product I appreciate them so much i felt comfortable and the stuff I bought was right for me I will be back thank you so much for helping me and understanding my anxiety and still respecting me

The owners & employees are super rude and unprofessional! The feeling I got when shopping at going green was similar to seeing a snake in the garden of eden. They do not care about the customers, they only want your money!
There's better weed with better service elsewhere, do not go to Going Green for your cannabis needs!

Going green is the best, they have awesome deals everyday and they take time with the customer when you have any questions

Went for an interview and was walked outside and was given my resume back and told it wouldn't be a good job given my back injuries.

Love this place! Been living in Albany for a couple years now and this is by far my favorite dispensary in town. Alway great specials and the staff have always been great.

Best dispensary in the valley (in my opinion). The budtenders are well-versed in the trade and the store carries a huge variety of products, including my personal favorite Cascade Valley Cannabis prerolls!

This was my mom's very first time going into a dispensary and they made her feel so welcome! They helped her find exactly what she was looking for, and it was an overall great experience:)

I really like this place is probably my favorite dispensary their points reward system is phenomenal and one of the best percentages I've ever seen for my dollar all the staff there are nice and friendly very knowledgeable and for his busy as they get very short wait times I don't think I've spent more than 2 minutes waiting

The tenders know there stuff. They honor there customers, and us vets. The prices are the lowest in Albany.period.

Women in their had the guts to tell me were not walmart because I didnt know exactly what I want right away. This was.a terrible experience. Never will go again and recommend you dont either.

My FAVORITE cannabis club/dispensary in Albany. Flowers, oils, vape's, ect. Everything is AMAZING. The staff makes it even better. Totally recommend this place
