I took a Positive Intelligence class from Cindy at Gold Dog Consulting. It gave me so many good tools and insights for my life and dealing with issues at work. It even game me some tools for my child rearing. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to deal with stresses better or find ways to help yourself be aware of why you react as you do. It was really excellent.

I was really down on myself and had had a string of bad luck at interviews but then a job came up that I really wanted. I called Cindy and we did 4 coaching sessions by phone. She taught me the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result and that helped me sum up my answers with all the right parts. I really hate the tough questions like, “Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you handle it? ” I thought you couldn’t say anything bad at an interview, but Cindy taught me that they really want to see what you learned from it, everybody has conflicts! I wrote out the expected questions on flashcards and especially focused on the tough questions which meant that only ONE of the questions at the interview was unexpected! I was prepared to deliver my answers. End result was I GOT THE JOB, and 2 side jobs too! My husband says I’m on a hot streak! Thanks to Cindy and Gold Dog Coaching, I’ve got a great job and 2 great side hustles!
