Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant

The only thing I get from here is Marfar Chicken which is excellent. There is no dine-in anymore and is take-out only.

It's takeout only at this time. (End of 2022.) We got chicken with garlic and black bean sauce, fried rice and beef kung pao. It was still hot by the time we got home (10 minutes) and it was very good!
We have been looking for some decent local Chinese food and I think we've found it.
The guy who took our order is helpful and I want to try some other items on the menu next time because of our conversation.
It took ten minutes for us to get our order after walking in and ordering. What a fun experience.

The worst customer service in the valley I called ahead to ask what time they close they said at 10 PM we arrived at 8: 50. When we walked in the female owner didn’t even greet us and asked us what we were doing in her restaurant so late when we asked for a table. She was very rude and unprofessional has no customer service skills

It's better than most of the Chinese available in the valley. The portions are plentiful. But, the egg rolls we received were just weird. It was like a skinny egg roll wrapped in a crispy wrapper.very little filling, no flavor. Weird. You only get a small 4 ounce cup of sauce for three entrees. She said I had to pay for more if I wanted more. Really? If I buy three meals, I should get three servings of sauce. No soy sauce, no napkins, no cutlery. NO THANKS. The woman was abrupt and didn't even thank me. They said to pick up the order in 20 minutes. It turned out to be almost 40. We'll go elsewhere next time.

Love this place, some of the best hot and sour soup crab puffs and spring rolls, everything is always so good.

Absolutely delicious. Amazing food! Had it a handful of times now and everytime it is just as good as the last. Friendly and kind staff. The spring rolls are INCREDIBLE.

Great fresh, hot and tasty food. Golden Phoenix Chinese is the only chinese restaurant I will go to in the Rogue Valley. Food is consistently fresh and well made. They have been serving Phoenix for almost 20 years. They are definitely doing things right.

I’ma bit of an expert in bad Chinese food and this place makes Panda Express look like haute cuisine. One extra star because the noodles and fried rice are decent. Everything else required effort not to spit out.

Excellent food and service. One of the best places in the valley for your Chinese cravings fix.

They are my favorite people and my favorite place to eat! No MSG in their food, veggies are in season and FRESH! Their potstickers and the sauce is so delicious, I can even eat them cold! YUMMY!

Too bad that several patrons have had bad experiences at this restaurant. I’ve had nothing but great tasting food, served by courteous and helpful people, and it’s been that way every time I’ve been there. Fresh, hot food for a fair price in a friendly atmosphere.looks right to me! Thank you!

Love there food. The lady that runs the place is so sweet. Remembers my family coming and always asks how are they doing. Dont get that much anymore.
