I would give 0 stars if possible they are unprofessional and ask if a learning student can sit in on a private screening like breast exam or pap smear, never call about results and lastly LOSE YOUR SAMPLE AND NEVER GET RESULTS OR CALL ABOUT THAT. Will never be returning and getting a new doctor

I will never return here. I was initially referred for high risk pregnancy that needs to be monitored by a maternal fetal specialist. After not getting any calls for 2 months, my doctor's office was told I missed an appointment a month prior, while I was told they never received my referral and couldn't schedule me. My doctor finally called while I was sitting there to get me in. It also took my doctor's office calling to get scheduled for my last 2 appointments as well, the most recent of which is today, and the reason I will never return. At 36 weeks pregnant with a high risk pregnancy, I drove 2 hours through snow on 4 hours of sleep to make it to my appointment that they scheduled at 9 am. When I get there, I'm told they need to see what's going on with my appointment. No worries. They come back and tell me that I was accidentally scheduled 4 hours away in Portland and not there. I've never even been to the Portland office, and I'm not sure why they would have scheduled me there at all for a simple ultrasound and follow up with the specialist to make sure everything is still ok.so she tells me they're working on seeing what they can do. After waiting about 20 minutes, she comes back and tells me that I won't be having an ultrasound (already 2 weeks past due because they never called to schedule), but they have a doctor on the phone I can talk to. This was the moment I chose to walk out of this appointment. What will the specialist be looking at? What measurable data will he be considering as he talks to me, because he certainly has none of his own outside of me telling him how I feel and being billed for a specialist visit that had absolutely no outcome. I told them I was leaving and I would not be back and the receptionist still chased me into the parking lot trying to get me to take a phone call. I guess my expectations are a little higher when it's my life on the line and that isn't being taken seriously. Disappointed and angry doesn't begin to cover how I feel about this facility right now.

The radiology technician at the women's center was the first introduction I had to the good Shepard medical system. Due to her lack of compassion, her worsening an already difficult situation from her words including "I can't even tell if its an ectopic yet", and verbally belittling me and my primary for seeking early interventional assistance, I will not even initiate my obstetric managment at this facility. I will be seeking care in a different city due to the emotionally painful experience I had in regards to this poor interaction. This is unfortunate for two reasons, access to specialized medicine in this area is limited and additionally, women who just found out they are pregnant should feel excited, not like a burden to their community facility. Hoping additional training occurs in regards to emotional competence and professionalism.

Good Shepherd Women's Center has a fantastic group of doctors. I feel like Dr. Khavkin and the sonographer saved my unborn baby's life by quickly identifying a medical condition that would otherwise have gone unnoticed and likely would of resulted in a loss. Dr. Khavkin's professionalism and compassion was evident when she advised us of the severity of the issue without causing panic. Dr. Keeler is relatable and was always reassuring. She answered every question this first time mom and dad had and never rushed us out just to get to another appointment. We reside in Pendleton, but we chose Good Shepherd because of their reputation and it's a decision we will never regret! Thank you.

After giving a diagnosis and referral to an oncology specialist, called to see if a referral to closer place instead of Portland would be possible. Receptionist was bothered and sighed because she would have to fax documents ‘again’. Wow, customer service is really lacking. As someone that had to send unemployment faxes all day; it was the easiest task of the day. But if this is challenging for their reception maybe they hired the wrong person.
