Hi! I had my 1st ever appointment with Goodskin Dermatology and I was extremely impressed by the way I was treated from the moment I walked into their office. The receptionist’s were friendly and the nurse was the same. My Dr.was so concerned about the pain he might be causing me but it was nothing really. I felt cared for and confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Thank you to Goodskin Dermatology for excellent care!

I appreciate the thorough examination and consistent attention to areas that are possible trouble spots. I also appreciate that my schedule, feelings and interests were taken into consideration as we scheduled further appointments.

My annual skin check with Desiree Dougherty PA-C and her assistants has always been extremely pleasant, professional and thorough thru the years of her treating me. She explains her findings, discusses options, and performs/provides the agreed upon pathforward treatment in a timely manner.

Check in was fast and people were very pleasantly courteous. Additionally, there was no waiting to be called back to my room for the exam.

The transformation of the prior Gustav's building into this new facility with natural lit high ceilings is amazingly beautiful.decorated with fine art, highly crafted tables it is truly artfully done and very impressive.

I was referred to this clinic in Clackamas by my regular physician. I am not hard to please, but twice I have contacted them regarding an appointment and twice they were rude and unhelpful.

Excellent experience with the Drs and care providers at Goodskin on Sunnyside. I had a small cyst removed from my arm. The entire procedure lasted 10 mins. Little to no discomfort! I would highly recommend them!

The doctor seemed scared to touch me. She stayed far back with a concerned look on her face and then she did come close she looked as if she had never seen a Black person up close. She never diagnosed me but gave me a prescription for hyper pigmentation, which is something that I told her about she never brought it up. She just went along with it after I brought it up and then I asked about a prescription for some bug bites, and I never received it but I did receive a prescription for a medicine that cost over $250 and I received a diagnosis that I gave myself. She actually showed me pictures of one other black person and said do you feel like it looks like this. It was the only picture of a black person and her phone and the whole thing just felt weird. You could tell the nurse was also uncomfortable with my blackness. I would not recommend Black people go here they do not have help for Black people and they do not know how to treat Black people. They’re also not used to dealing with black skin and said they only know of one black doctor in the state of Oregon and gave me their number and recommended me to go there but only after I try the medication from the diagnosis I gave myself. I was also told I could get a recommendation to OHSU, but was never given one. I was scooted out that door very quickly, and I was fine with it because I could tell I was making everyone uncomfortable.

My husband and I have been clients of Goodskin for many years, treated for a variety of skin issues. They are wonderful people, very personable and do a great job keeping our skin healthy with regular visits! We are in our seventies, and skin problems are one less worry. A terrifc team. Highly recommend.

Goodskin Dermatology has a new and amazing building off Sunnyside Rd. Federer is a knowledgeable and professional dermatologist. My wait time was very short. I highly recommend them.

I had an appointment with Goodskin's Certified Advanced Aesthetician, Leah Easton. She saw me promptly at the appointed time. She was really easy to talk to. I was curious about fraxel treatments. I had so many questions. But she took the time to provide complete explanations in a relatable way. She explained the options so that I could make my own informed decisions about how to proceed. Then, after examining my skin, she gave me lots of practical pointers on how to make it healthier and more youthful. By the end of our session, I had enough confidence in her expertise to make a follow-up appointment. I was very happy that I took the time to do that consultation with her.

The old Gustav’s is a beautiful new setting for Good Skin. I did not feel rushed; there seemed to be plenty of time between appointments so that everyone was not in the waiting area at the same time. I went for Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT). The light stand seemed janky and did not instill confidence that the set-up was correct. Staff were very polite and conversational.

Going to the dermatologist was a positive experience. I had very little wait time and the dermatologist listened well, then took care of a few issues. The new building provided lovely surroundings.

Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. The medical team was very pleasant and let me know exactly what was going on and what to do as far as medication. I'm glad I have goodskin Dermatology as my provider. Thank you

After several treatments for skin cancer including Mohs surgery on my left cheek, I'm very pleased with the outcome! Fantastic surgeon, wonderful PA who listens and is concerned about my comfort level during biopsies. I feel I have a great team in my fight against skin cancer. I highly recommend Goodskin Dermatology!
