After intentionally, pointedly ignoring us for nearly 15 minutes as we waited to buy something from a locked case, the cashier was incredibly rude and told us she was busy and would not open the case. Unapologetically horrible service from a very rude person, avoid this store like the plague.

Nice place to shop, good and friendly customer service but goods are being exorbitantly priced nowadays which doesn’t make shopping experience worthy.

I went to donate half a uhaul worth of clothing, furniture, housewares, books, dvds and other items last night after having sorted through an entire studio apartment. I took a lot of time doing this and decided goodwill would be the place to receive my items so I called them to see how late they accepted donations and was told 8 o'clock pm. I showed up at 7 to the donation area and was treated the worst I've ever been treated in my life. I ended up crying by the end of it. This employee who told me his name was Gary was the most bitter and horrible man. He complained about his job and belittled me for the stuff I brought in and how it was packed. He made it clear that he didn't like how late we had shown up and that it was a major inconvenience to him. He cursed, he complained and he made me feel like I was nothing but trouble for wanting to help our community. I will never forget how I was treated that day. It's the worst I've ever been treated and I work in Healthcare. This man should either be removed entirely from your store or trained on how to be a decent human being. I'm horrified.

Generally a good selection but for buying used I’d consider it to be expensive. In a lot of cases when it comes to clothes you can buy brand new for much cheaper.

I love shopping at my local Goodwill! But recently, while shopping (specifically in the toy section) I've witnessed an employee in uniform, presumably on shift, picking through the toys and picking out collectible/desirable items! It's a super bummer to see that, when you're low income and have a fun place to shop, but know the 'cool' items are being cherry picked. To top it off, she places the items in her vest for all to see Girl, get it off the floor!

Super fast and convenient to donate. Staff has always been friendly.

Great used book selection!

I am giving one star for the fact that this store won't allow people to try on the clothes in the dressing room. I understand that things changed in the peak of Covid, but this is the ONLY store I know of that still doesn't allow customers to try on the clothes they may want to purchase. I refuse to buy clothes I cannot try on!
Secondly, the store is overcharging for clothing items. I come here because I am low income, but find this this goodwill charges a lot more than other goodwill stores.

Can't donate. Took a few few shelves in great shape but were rejected because they were dusty. Guy at receiving was very rude. Won't be going beck there, guess it just all goes to the dump.

This store has gone downhill so much in the last year. It used to be that I would skip the Albany store where I live and go to the Corvallis store specifically because they were so much better, however they seem to have decided to follow the Albany method of overpricing everything and sending everything anyone might consider buying out of the store to sell on their scammy auction site.

It is no longer worth the trip when everything is either broken or priced so close to brand new retail prices. Walking through the store has me shaking my head in disbelief at the absurdity, and wondering where they got the idea that they are direct competitors to online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.

I no longer donate to them either since they want to be entirely too picky about what they will accept. They like to pick through your donations and cherry pick only the stuff they want, so don't bother with giving them anything, take it to another place who will at least pretend to be grateful for your donations.

One of the major things that left a bad taste in my mouth is how they are gouging infant formula that they got from Target during an infant formula shortage at $8 a bottle in a thrift store. Really shows how they help the community and really shows their "Good will"

Decent place, occasional good find here or there. Seems like prices used to be higher but have gone down in the past couple years.
