Prices are way too high. Hope you’re paying your employees a minimum of $25 hourly. You make enough money off donations to provide a livable wage.

Always like to shop at the Woodburn Goodwill when I visit from out of state. Good selection, prices and staff.

Today I spent about an hour in this store. I felt relaxed and happy to be there. Staff were friendly and helpful to me and to other customers. I look forward to my next visit.

I feel if you pay cash and have a reciept you should be able to get your money back and not credit, this is annoying, I mean there price es are already redicoulus high after people donate everything.

Very disappointed. Wanted to pickup a swimming suit but if you can not try it on dressing rooms closed. I am not going to buy something without trying it on.

I love goodwill and the stuff they have but really? Do they have to write with permanent marker right on the clothes? It's a reversible shawl but now I can only wear it one way. I really hope you guys can find a different way to do this.

As I always say, when it comes to antique and second hand stores, I generally grade them on 1. Cleanliness, 2. Organization, 3. Attitude of the staff, 4. Pricing.

I cannot hold them to having what I want when I get there, as they get what they get when they get it. They have no control over what inventory they have at any one time.

That being said, I'm going to say that:
Cleanliness: 3 of 5
Organization: 4 of 5
Attitude: 4 of 5
Pricing: 2 of 5

Overall, I'll give this store 4 out of 5 stars today. Pricing is the only hitch in the giddyup here, and I'm 90% sure that it is set by corporate headquarters, so I'm not going to hold that against this store during this review.

Now I'm going to step up on my soap box and hope that Goodwill corporate is actually reading these reviews!
Considering that the majority of their inventory is donated, Goodwill Industries is getting greedy. Yard sale merchandise at retail prices is not sustainable!
About 50% of the people I see in the store are here because they cannot afford not to shop here.
About 30% are here because we are "junkers": it's fun for us to find that bargain we didn't know we needed, but it's an awesome deal, we get our little endorphin rush and we go home happy.
The last 20% are just plain cheapskates that refuse to pay retail for anything and will hit the "past date code grocery store" on their way home for tonights dinner.

Corporate needs to learn that they are screwing the 50% that they were actually created to help; alienating the 20% who will start going to yard sales instead, even though it costs them more in fuel than it should; and taking away the fun us 30% are trying to have.
Essentially, they are 100% screwing themselves in the end.

Now, I'll climb back down & store my little soap box in the corner for my next blazing review.

Thanks for making it this far.

Overpriced junk. Seriously I can find things online for cheaper and um new!? I saw a toy kitchen there that was dirty for 70 bucks. I can buy one brand new on Amazon for that. Their toy selection is nasty they are broken and dirty and of course overpriced. A stained dress with a few snags in it should not be more than 12 bucks sorry.

Would not accept my donation because I was not wearing a mask. Can someone please tell me the logic behind that? I obviously was not wearing a mask when I put the clothes in a bag so why would it matter if I wasn’t wearing a mask when I set the bag down in front of the donation door. I’d recommend going to Ray of Hope thrift shop down the road.

I would give them a 0 stars if I could, I go to drop a small box of items off and there were two people standing outside waiting to go to work. I was told that I couldn't leave as they had to be open, well that's okay and I understand but someone had already dropped off a pile of stuff which I pointed out and was told that it was illegal. They also advertise that they take furniture, well put it this way they will take it if they want, I tried to leave a very Nice Lazy Boy chair that was very lightly used, they wouldn't take it. The stuff they sell inside is over priced, I think that items are picked over by their employees, before it is offered for sale. I will never support this place again for anything. I will be taking my offering else where from now on. Their employees have very poor and smug attitudes.

Don't Spend alot of time in there looking around. Cuz they will Think Your a Shoplifter and Will Treat & Look as if You are One.

Had a cartful of merchandise, with two baskets by the same maker, one large one for $6.99, one super small one for $12.99. Asked why the large one was so much cheaper, so they checked in the back. Came back out and raised the price of the $6.99 basket to $14.99. Are thrift stores allowed to change prices like this? Left the whole cart. Will never return again.

It's a nice goodwill but pricey. Stuff was donated and if you want to make a real profit you should lower your prices to sell not send to the out let store for less than half off because it was price to high no one was Willing to buy it.
