My best friend and I love to go goodwilling and to multiple location together approximately 1 per month.
I can not believe the pricing on products that have been USED and DONATED, that we saw yesterday.

I can go to a department store and pay these prices for NEW, and some still had pricing tags from original store and the prices were almost as much.
You really need to look at who is pricing your donations

Wonderful selection, try and find out what days they get their main shipments from other areas of the city and you'll be set.

Goodwill stores are clean and neat. The employees helpful. The prices are awful!
I shopped for young girls clothes, the 50% tags were non existent for this range. I searched and not one item was available at a discount.

During (2/26) my most recent visit there was vomit in the toy area (saw and smelled). I told an employee who seemed concerned at first, but then she simply returned to putting away items in her cart. I'm not sure if the vomit was ever cleaned up.

$20 a scarf. $20 for a scarf that was DONATED to them. Not just one scarf. 3/4 scarfs I picked up was priced at $20 a piece. The 4th was $16. Guess we know one of the reasons Goodwill's CEO is one of the highest paid CEOs in the country.

They have made making donations s long and tedious experience. You have to wait in a long line of cars as they accept donations one by one and they often includes waiting behind a person with an entire carload of donations. I am sorry to say that I will be looking for other charities for my donations.

Their donation center was horrible! Went to donate an artificial Christmas tree and before I could get it out the car they guys said they won't take it and that they never take Christmas trees because there can be missing pieces yet 2 weeks ago I saw someone donate one to this exact location no problem! The lady in front of me tried donating pots and pans and was turned away! Nothing looked wrong with them from what I had seen!

Really friendly and helpful employees and manager tonight. I appreciated him going out of his way to show me the items I was looking for.

I used to go to this Goodwill 2-3 times per week, and would usually buy at least one item per visit. Now I go once every 2-3 weeks, only to find one item worth buying that's priced way too high. I don't know what happened, but the pricing has been obscene at this location over the past couple months - department store coats for $40+, $50 for a long sleeve knit shirt, $13 for used hats, etc. This is supposed to be a thrift store - people go to thrift stores to find deals, they don't want to pay retail after spending time and effort going through a store full of the items Goodwill didn't think were good enough for their online auction site. If I wanted to pay retail, I'd sit on my couch and have the exact item I wanted delivered to my doorstep.

I'm sure they'll justify this with the usual "maximizing value of donor items" excuse, but this is just awful for a place that gets its inventory from donations. The last few times I've gone in, it's looked like they've been struggling to get inventory - maybe more people would donate if Goodwill actually seemed to want their donations or properly priced them.

They hardly have anything good, when they do it's usually broken or chipped, and they got someone new to price things out of whack! Don't even tell me how much they provide services for people with disabilities etc, that's a sham as well and they get all their stuff for free

I always find something useful or neat, so that means it's a decent Goodwill. Smaller than the big one on the east side but not bad at all.

Super rude when donating. I know they aren’t the best as far as actually helping people and being rude to people who are giving them their inventory, I’m done. There are better places to support anyway.

Good store, kept cleaner than most goodwill's I have seen. Staff are quite friendly and they have alot of parking. However donation staff are very rude and angry people. If you have donations they seem to scowl and hate the fact you're donating things. Also if you ever come in on foot, please be prepared because they will force you to wait until all the cars in line have been dealt with; even if you're just dropping off some clothing. Its a donation center, not a VIP service.

Amanda was such a delight. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a trip to Goodwill as much as today and I'm certain it was due to Amanda at the register. I almost don't want to go to different Goodwill ever again!

I was dropping off donations and a build your own picture frame kit (unopened) and a bag of vintage art were both turned away.
A gentleman accepting donations went through each bag I brought to inspect the quality of the items. I am okay with this but he was very short winded such as "yes" or "no. " When he brought the blue cart to receive items he jostled it down seemingly annoyed. It was as if I was burdening him and annoying him by trying to donate. While I was grabbing bags out of my car a women came up and handed him a bag of items and he did not check her bag. There is more but it's fine.
I'm not sure what the context is but does Goodwill have stipulations now for accepting donations? On a separate occasion my partner was donating a desk and chair and I called ahead of time to see if they would accept large items. They denied the desk and chair because they appeared used. The desk was not broken at all and needed to be repainted but that's it.

I had one item to donate, and I was on foot. Instead of grabbing my one item, the workers made me wait behind four cars in the sweltering heat. I will no longer donate to Goodwill.

Nothing in my size anywhere 30×30. Except Fred Myers. Some nice tools and I saw a wind-up alarm clock so I had to have it. Always busy.

RESPONSE TO REVIEW: What about selling all the broken stuff? Everything is broken lately.and you get store credit so you can buy more broken stuff? Your copy and paste response is disgusting.

Almost 100% of the electronics I purchase are broken. ALL the monitors and tvs. They raised the prices 50% just to sell them broken now. Goodwill (especially this store) has gone evil.profit is insane. Used to be able to find great deals. Now it's just sad seeing them charging 75% of the items cost new when they receive it for free!

Same as other close locations in area and compared to Portland, Super overpriced staff! Are you competing with target? ! Prices are just 10-20% less than brand new on Amazon, electric or any brand products like nike or Samsung are tagged high.
Aren’t all staff donated and free actually!
The vision of Goodwill was to support weak community but is seems the goal is making profit for owners!
