Good portion of the merchandise is way over priced. They say it is to help low income but prices on some things is to high.

Hadn’t been here in a while. Prices are so ridiculously overpriced and they have the nerve to ask for donations. Goodwill is a multi billion dollar business don’t let anyone kid you. It’s not about creating jobs for disabled.

I love this place! On this trip I found this amazing hand painted Chinese fan in an excellent frame, an authentic tribal rug, a Japanese teapot, a beautiful coat from Banana Republic, and more! The friendly staff and manager helped me unroll the two rugs I bought in an out of the way place. Also, the clerk wrapped my breakables well and with a smile. They always greet everyone who comes in. When I peruse the jewelry case, which can take me an hour sometimes, there's someone to patiently assist. Oh, and I always buy my computers here, too!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady I spoke to was named GINE (I'm not sure how to spell her name) she hung up on me after I called to talk to them about how they treated my girlfriend. They refused to honor a %20 off coupon because they could not read the date. We just recently moved to roseburg a few weeks ago and donated several trailer loads of stuff to this location both personal stuff and business related items, in return they gave us several coupons for our donation. Three weeks later my girlfriend decided to take a trip up to eugene to do some shopping for our kids. She tried to use one of the coupons and that's when the staff were very rude to her and even said "that's just the reality" and then had the nerve to ask if she would make a donation to help with their job program. We will never donate or shop at goodwill ever again. We will be taking our business to saint vincent de paul as they have never treated us like this. When I called to talk to the manager GINE was more worried about getting written up then talking to me, she said she would send my call to the manager and hung up on me. Unbelievable!

My husband, who is a disable veteran, his service dog, Niko, and I were visiting Eugene, Or when we decided to check out the local Goodwill at 1010 Greenacres. While in the store, Niko became ill and vomited. My husband apologized profusely to several employees and offered to clean it up. Shortly after that, the store manager, Ed approached us and stated that we need to leave the store because our dog made a mess and he wasn’t completely trained. My husband explained that Niko was trained but that he had gotten sick, which is not something anyone could control. We attempted to continue our shopping, Ed was never far behind us. At this point it felt as if he was following us. The store was crowded and my husband stumbled stepping on Niko which caused Niko to reactively bark. It was a quick bark and was not directed at anyone other than my husband. Shortly after this, Ed approached us and very loudly began berating my husband. Ed stated that our dog had barked and growled at a customer and must leave the store. My husband attempted to explain what happened but Ed continued to berate my husband stating out dog wasn’t trained. Niko is very trained and was doing his job. My husband was humiliated by Ed causing such a scene and we left the store.
I called the store and asked what the mangers first and last name was. The lady who answered wanted to know why I wanted the information. As I was explaining to her that I wants to file a complaint she hung up on me.
We will NEVER visit this store or would we recommend it to anyone. For a store that claims to support people with disabilities you would think they would provide better training. Thank you Goodwill and Ed for humiliating my husband. Your support means so much (sarcasm)

The largest Goodwill in the area, this is the "main" Goodwill. Always clean, fairly well organized given what they sell. Some of the employees can be rude, but I hardly blame them for that - they're overworked and underpaid. This location has the computer store separately, so if you're looking for computer stuff or video game stuff (hardware, software, cables, etc), come to this Goodwill.

Large selection of a lot of awesome stuff at great prices. Bonus is that they have a dedicated computer and electronics section! With great condition and functioning stuff from smart watches to phones to computer and all sort of accessories, and gaming systems. Highly recommend this store in general! Also, great parking situation And friendly staff to help you out:)

Cheap and tested used computers - piles of non-fiction books that retail $30-$120 for a few bucks - tons of pants, shirts, and shoes that work. All of the complainers are just hung up on Goodwill's nonprofit status and hiring sketchy people with poor retail skills. It's a pricey part of Eugene, so yeah, they charge more here. And obviously you can expect some circus characters employed here when Goodwill prominently advertise their hiring of felons, half-way housers, and rehabers. Duh.

Always find something here. I generally go for pants or shorts. If I don't walk out with something it's a shock.

Easily the best Goodwill in my area. They're the only spot with a dedicated section for computer stuff. The prices are terrific when it comes to most of the computer software; the exception to this is if they get a computer game boxed that is rarer, then they will price it higher.

The prices on their computers, however, suck. They're ALWAYS higher than eBay and Craigslist every single time I've looked.

I do not recommend buying computers here, but software and video game systems are much more reasonable here.

Don't buy from these people, they sell them to be amazing PCs and talk you up to think you're getting a good deal, then you get home and realize buying any refurbished computer is a coin flip. These guys are a double sided coin.

Prices too HIGH! Used to be non profit and a great place but now they are just money hungry. Half the stuff they have is more expensive than if you bought it new at Walmart.

I think they take the colored tag ones and put them away when they are about to change color of the week so that they are not bought at half of the price for some of the products especially in the electronics department. I wanted an item-several of them and it was Saturday. I knew that it would be the color when Sunday arrives, that's when they change color for a half off. I've been checking for those particular items for almost a month, a MONTH! That is. Then I keep checking and checking almost every other day and they were there untouched until the time they were close at 9pm Saturday night. Then the moment arrives, the morning they were open at 9am and I waited in the parking lot and when they open the door I went straight through the electronics department and to the section of where the products were that I always wanted to buy for half of the price. Then when I got there it was gone and ask the lady about what happen to the item that was here yesterday and she said, it was probably have been sold. BS! It was there yesterday and I didn't leave until it was time for closing and I was so sure that it would be there the next morning. Unbelievable!
