Poor service and nothing but deep fried foods. Not even hamburgers. Will never go there again. Left without ordering.

Was a delightful find on US97 in Oregon super friendly and easy on the wallet food was really good too we would go back had a good experience

I drove 25 minutes out there. I got there 45 minutes before they closed and they told me they shut the kitchen down so all they could do is appetizers. It is Saturday night again 45 minutes before they close. Seems like pure laziness with a lack of desire to work very frustrated had to drive all the way back into Bend for food Would not recommend this place

Staff is always pleasant and bubbly even when it's slammed, which is often!
We don't go out to breakfast often, but when we do, this is right where we head to.
And they always always have delicious hot coffee ready to warm the soul.

Worst restaurant experience in a long time! Terrible customer service. Ice tea tasted like water. Salad was wilted and disgusting. Food was cold and tasteless. Server never once came back to check how everything was or offer a refill on my watered down ice tea. Waited for ten minutes standing at the register to cash out. Will never stop here again to eat and absolutely would not suggest this place to anyone!

Great little place got to try the chocolate milk it's so good.
Lately there has been a high turn around rate for the employees so hopefully soon they find some good ones

I ordered the chicken fried steak it had no flavor. I ordered my eggs over hard and I got runny eggs.
Go eat somewhere else.

I had been told Gordy's had the best burgers in town. I can't vouch for that, but I had a mushroom & Swiss burger there that was very good. It was juicy and very tasty. The lettuce, onions, and tomatoes were obviously fresh. And there were real strawberries in my strawberry lemonade. It was an excellent end to my day. The server was very nice. And there is lots of parking. Right on Hwy 97 at LA Pine, you can't miss it.

Terrible food! Given this place two tries and both times it was awful. Try it if you're starving but outside of that I'd avoid this place.

The waitress gave me son a HUGE brownie because it was his birthday.

The prices are thru the roof for a truck stop. Service was not par. Went to pay for ticket and service person was going to keep change from payment. Menu states all omeletes/scrambles/breakfasts come with hashbrowns and toast the waitress refused to give hashbrowns or toast on my breakfast order.

The bad: coffee was cold, dirt in the water and toast was burnt and server said this is how wheat bread is. See pic

The good: They made us good toast on request and the food from the cook was decent.

Maybe it was just the late Saturday morning when we were there, but man they must have had 1 person doing all the cooking and they could only cook 1 order at a time. It took just shy a few minutes of an hour for chicken fried steak & eggs and a order of eggs & sausage. All of which tasted like pretty poorly compared to other diners, including their coffee. I couldn't tell if the strange taste was the coffee or from the little packaged cups of creamer. Either way, not good. But evidently they have their regulars, because the wait staff knew some of the patrons eating there.

They are extremely short of staff. The waitress was extremely nice. The wait was extremely long. When we finally got it did it was wrong. Then we had to wait for it again which was a long wait. The food portion was lacking for the price they charge. But it tasted ok.

Comfort food at a truck stop. Great food, good portions, and reasonable prices. Hard to go wrong.

This place used to be a nice place. Food used to be good and fast.
We went in for lunch because we hadn't been in there in a while. It was later in the day, 1 other couple, and their daughter that shared moms food. I'm not sure what they had. The husband had a burger and fries, I had a burger and fries, and my wife had the chicken tenders basket with fries. 4 easy meals.
The waitress was nice but a little slow. The 2 cooks took forever, it seemed. I've known cooks that can make 10 or more burgers at a time. These guys made 1.
My wife went to the ladies' room on the way out, flipped the light on, and almost hit a mop handle with her head that had been left out. Pretty sure we're not going back.

Tried to call in a take out order & was asked if I could hold on the phone for a few minutes which turned into 25 minutes and finally hung the phone up. Not very professional in my opinion. Just trying to order two take out meals. Very Frustrating.

Way under staffed and the waitresses are stretched thin, but they still do a good job of keeping up. Food is average

I think they might have just had a bad day. Service was very slow, server forgot my soup order three times. Salad was good, and ice tea was kept topped up.
