I moved to the area from Los Angeles for a job in 2021. I enlisted the help of Gorge Rentals to find a place to live when I get here. Connie was amazing at finding a place in Hood River for me.after a year and half she again found me a place closer to work in The Dalles. I have now been in two of their rentals and never have had any problem. From day one of inquiring about homes for rent, Connie and everyone at Gorge Rentals has been very nice, prompt, and helpful. Finding a nice place in Hood River is a tough task! But they made it a smooth process and seriously treated me like family. We’ve only had one maintenance issue (outdoor water faucet leak) and it was fixed within 24 hours. I’d really recommend anyone to them.

Connie at Gorge Rentals is excellent. She is prompt with their responses to rental maintenance, happy to discuss rental property rent prices, always is very kind and open to suggestions and just very professional. I would happily recommend her and Gorge Rentals to anyone!

By far, the best rental company in the Gorge. The area is competitive with housing, and Gorge rentals met with us quickly. They are local, accommodating and responsive. We've only had a couple of small issues, and Connie has always been great about communicating and helping to resolve any issue.

I came to the area with about a week to find somewhere to live! Connie was the first person to get back to me from all of the places I reached out to and she managed to get me in an apartment in a week. I have rented two long-term properties through Gorge Rentals since October of 2020. Connie has been absolutely vital in my efforts to finding affordable housing in Hood River. The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues we may have, and are always pleasant when entering the home.
After moving out of my previous rental and searching effortlessly to find housing again in Hood River, Connie worked so hard to get my roommates and myself a new place to call home. She was able to find a gorgeous long-term rental for us, and I've never been happier with a rental property! I have been using Gorge Rentals as my property management service for many years. They have always been professional, and if there is ever a problem with my rental unit, they fix it immediately. Recently, they hired a new manager, Erin Herman, who has over 12 years experience working at luxury hotels in the Seattle area. He is fantastic! I recently did a very nice remodel on my unit, and I have been hesitant about renting it out, but it was absolutely turn key after the last renters. Kudos to Gorge Rentals and Erin for attention to detail.

Where do I begin? I have never had a rental lease under my name and I can say that I’m grateful that my first one was with gorge rental. Connie, Denise and everyone under gorge rental staff are incredibly awesome. They will help you to their best ability. When I wanted to move out and be independent on my one, Connie and everyone else was quick and found a place for my sister and I. Not only that but they also found a house for my family. This is literally the best company one can have under a rental and property lease. I wouldn’t even think twice in recommended them. The staff and how they manage everything is the best, you will get the best.

Gorge Rentals has been extremely helpful and responsive to my needs as a renter. I have rented from them now for 2+ years at two different properties. Maintenance issues were dealt with in a very timely manner, and Connie was so helpful when we were looking to move closer to Hood River. There is nobody else out here doing it like Gorge rentals. After a long, long search, I was beginning to lose all hope. I thought I was never going to find a place in the Columbia gorge compatible for two young adults that was still affordable. Then along came Connie. She told me that there may but this one place but I didn't get my hopes too high. A little over a week goes by and she called me and asked if I'd like to do a walk-through. I love my new place and I'm lucky to of had her looking out for me. The entire staff is amazing and they genuinely care about what is in your best interest. Much love.

No communication at all.
I was just ignored for several weeks and I stopped checking in.
I understand everything is cray with COVID lately, but this was the same case a couple of years ago.

Dawna was super helpful to us for a solid week looking for a temporary rental. We ended up renting from someone else but I was impressed by her communication and diligence - very helpful!

Poor communication and unlawful behavior.

I will never rent from gorge rentals again. Renters beware.

Very bad customer service. They charge very unreasonable cleaning price, and never refund the rest of the rent.
