G&R Auto Wreckers Foreign

I usually have good experiences with G&R, but today was different. The person at the counter at this lot tried to charge me way more than it cost for the same part brand new (based on the most expensive new part he found online) and refused to go down in price. I just walked out the door. Usually G&R is willing to work with price, but I believe every G&R prices per location so things will vary.
Definitely disappointed in them today.

They say they have your part charge entry fee and if you don't find your part they do not give you a refund

Worst customer service ever. Told me to come in and get a part. I drove 30 minutes to get it and then was told oh no we don't have it.

This guys got be the worst Customer service in Salem. Very Unprofessional you call to ask for a parts they answer yeah! You ask for your part they dont say a word back You don’t even know if they’re still there or they hang up. I have experience this a couple of times.

I’ve given them -0 if I could worst service ever Order my part on a Friday expecting it here on Saturday Saturday comes and They can’t find it so they said they call me back and didn’t hear from them till Monday and they still can’t find it finally had to refund my money I still lost all those days I needed by a Saturday day and they guaranteed me next day delivery worse business ever

Great service, very helpful and informative. A wrecking yard that actually listens to you and is knowledgeable.

These guys were awesome. We got a $120 part for $40. Inventory was easy to find online and when we showed up at the wrong yard they got us the part in a few hours.

When I called and asked one question I was interrupted first off, second off the man talking had a disgusting attitude and then he said they couldn’t sell me just a caliper and then just hung up on me. Terrible customer service I’m so glad I DID NOT give them my business. If I could give them 0 stars I would:)

Worked with Richard to sell my old car. Got a better deal here than from anyone else and they offered free pick up the same day! They worked quick and were all very friendly and efficient. Would recommend and goto them again in the future.

We sold them our for 200 car and them they turn around and sell it too some for 1300. They told them it has a bad tensioner but in fact it has Crankwalk. They well never get my busy ever again.

I had a not so great experience here. I wrote an email to the manager and he contacted me shortly afterward. I feel a little better knowing that he took the time to let me know he was looking into my complaints and he felt that it was unacceptable as well. Thank you for acknowledging me and my concerns.

Had to call back 3 times just to check on a part and then the employee i was taking to decided to clock out before checking on the part and left me hanging.hopefully nobody else has to deal with huego or the other employees who will hang up on you
