Service department sucks, I brought my truck in today with a service issue. The service dept guy I talked to after describing the problem wouldn't even walk outside to look at it. Very Condescending individual with alittle man complex. Too bad too, the wife and were discussing whether or not to buy the brand new chevy pick up on their lot for 70 grand. Guess I will go to Ashland.

Teddy and Tobias were fantastic to work with. There was no pressure or hassle. It was like going to buy a car from an old friend. When Teddy was with another customer, Tobias jumped in to help without question or expectation. They were patient, attentive to my requests and found an answer to all my questions. I have had some bad experience at car lots but I couldn't have asked for a better experience than i had at this one.

I had a wonderful experience. My representative was very attentive to provide me with financial options to complete an affordable transaction.

Buyer beware!
We put money down to reserve the 2023 Tahoe Z71 (grey color) on their lot. Took it on a test drive, while on the freeway the oil hose broke which caused alot of smoke and oil to cover the entire undercarriage. We gave them a week to fix the part and clean up all the oil. A week later the part was fixed which was great but, the oil was still covering the entire undercarriage. Their excuse was ""they have two 18 year olds doing the clean-up work". We gave them two chances to clean up the mess. They failed miserably. After canceling the purchase, the salesman was not pleasant. So watch out if you're going to pay alot of money, make sure there isnt a bunch of oil spill underneath thw vehicle. I'm positive they won't inform the next buyers of the mess.

Excellent car lot, excellent service, great advise from mechanics if there not busy. Never heard a bad thing about them.
