5I called in just a few minutes ago regarding a simple question I had for a reference I put down when I came in and purchased a car. The guy who answered I believe was named Kyle was quick to cut me off and said “who sold you the car? ” He then proceeded to state that the person who helped me would need to be the one to answer my question. It was a simple question that I know from past experiences he could have gone and figured out the answer. Every time I call in normally the person who answers is very helpful and goes out of their way to help even if it wasn’t their sale. Wouldn’t recommend going to Kyle.
Had an absolute amazing day going down to Grants Pass Automotive! Felt welcome from the minute the door was opened for me! Got an amazing preowned 2022 Civic Sport Touring. Casey (KC) has been my service guy for both my 2003 Element, 2008 Accord I've had a great experience with Jim Segal with change of ownership seems as though there carrying on with the same customer service during the fire they were kind to allow my car to remain at the shop until I could get my flight back. We recently bought our new car from GP Honda, and it was so refreshing to not be pressured or, worse yet, have non-negotiable dealer-added extras that we did not want pre-added to the vehicle.
Pretty straightforward purchase, and they went the extra mile (S) of driving our new car up to where we were, saving us some travel time. We REALLY appreciated that!

Bought a car and warranty from JS. The sales process was great and we thought we got a decent price. Then everything in the car started breaking. The car was 2 years old. The warranty didn’t cover anything. The paint has been peeling since we brought it home. Dealing with this service team has been a nightmare for years. We no longer use them and couldn’t recommend them less. Dealing with big purchases can be stressful already, but this team lacks integrity, so don’t risk it. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t deserve it.
