My son always gets a good haircut at this location. We've been going to this location for over the past 8 years.

They were really nice to me and got me in with me being a walk in and doing so half a hr before they closed. I really liked my hairdresser. She was really sweet. I walked out of there really happy with what I had done.

Easily the worst great clips I've been to. The stylist seemed too bothered to do her job, complained about having to fix something and left hair on my face and neck line when done. Didn't even cut my sideburns

Most Great Clips locations can be hit or miss. This is the only one that I've been to in the area that is a hit most every time. The main thing to know is that Glen is a legend. The most entertaining and informative haircuts I have ever received.

Glen did a phenomenal job on my hair. I have thick hair and he made perfectly geometrically even layers. I am very happy with the service I received.

This has to the be greatest customer service response. I emailed them stating my hair is messed up. Long hair that'll take 3yrs to grow back and this is their response!

What a joke

Unique menu items. Terrific service. Good was prepared very nicely The bourbon selection was the best I've seen. Highly recommend.

The lady who cut my hair didn't listen to me at all. When she was washing my hair I told her I had a lot of product in it, and she would need to use more shampoo or double wash. She didn't do either so my hair wasn't really clean. Then I asked her to use detangler before she combed it because it tangles easily, and she didn't which made it painful for her to comb through my hair. I asked for two inches off, ended up with five inches gone. Asked for heat protectant before blow drying, and didn't get that. Asked her to use a brush while she dried my hair to straighten it and smooth it out. She got out a brush, ran it through my hair a couple of times, then just held it while she dried my hair. After all that she put way, way too much oil in my hair. I walked out with frizzy yet oily hair. Other than being too short the cut isn't bad. Its not great, but it's not horrible. I've been here before and never had any of these issues with other stylists, so just be careful who does your hair.

Had a really nice experience with the barbers here. Felt like they had a good sense of how much and how willing people were to talk. Very professional.

Waited for an hour and a half. They said 50 min but anyone who signed up online got moved ahead. I was told I was next three times. Never reccomending this place to anyone and only spreading bad word of mouth.

I've been here a few times and the service is always very friendly. While fast, they do a great job and you cant beat the price.

Glenn was an outstanding hair professional. He was kind, intelligent, well versed in the hair industry, and friendly the entire session. He asked what I would like done with my hair and he envisioned it perfectly. 10/10 recommend asking for Glenn if you are able to do so.

Easy location to find, next to Target. Fast and easy, especially with the app.

The stylist did a truly excellent job listening carefully and asking questions about what both of my picky boys wanted with their hair. She also made AWESOME SUGGESTIONS and didn't take very long at all. We will definately go back!

Went in today to get my son's haircut, the lady seemed to be in a hurry even though no one else was waiting, she rushed my son's hair, the neck line was very crooked and the top was uneven (I didn't notice until I got home). It was so poorly done that I had to fix it (to the best of my ability) when I got home.

* Regarding the Owner response. I emailed the address given and let them know about my experience, the response I got was "I'm sorry, I hope you give us another try". Not a chance.

Took a chance and had my hair cut much shorter than usual. A little shocked at first, but I love it.thanks guys at great clips!

We had to wait 40 min but our stylist was great and gave my 6 year old daughter her first professional hair cut and it was a good experience for her! I would go back for sure, if I can get the same stylist. The other one who checked us in as cold and a little rude.

My daughter convinced me to go because they were having their semiannual sale. Turned out the sale was over, but I'd gotten a great cut, so I didn't care

Only cuts guys hair. I showed a picture and they flat out refused to cut my hair. They would only provide a trim. They are very rude.

Had long hair when I walked in the door. After a consult with Heidi, she cut it all off! So happy! Heidi does excellent work!
