Dianne did a great job. This was my first haircut since covid and she did a great job interpreting what wanted!

The staff were super chill and knew what they were doing! Great service and happy with my son's haircut- he has a difficult time getting the "right" cut.

I got a buzz cut and it's growing back not perfectly even. I figure that's what you get.for the money but I can't believe a buzz cut could be too hard. So not thrilled but figure you get what you pay for.

Followed guidelines well, customer service could have been a little better, overall decent experience

The lady that did my hair. Her name Diane. I asked her to do a comb over but instead she gave me a Mohawk which is not even close to what I wanted. And to top it off she clipped my sides with two different sizes. The left side she did a #1 and my right side was a #2. She seemed like she was in a rush to get my haircut done. Super rude and unprofessional. I would never come back. I want my refund! When I looked myself in the mirror I was terrified. I though I was dreaming. I just wanted to walk out. I’ve been wearing 24/7. Not to mention it was my brothers bday the same day and she completely ruined the day for me. Thanks Diane.

Horrible service and haircut i came in once and an Asian woman stylist messed up my hair, you tell them one thing to do and they completely do opposite.

Came in today to fix my haircut and hair stylist Diane woman with short blonde hair and glasses was very rude and when i told her i need to get my sides fixed make it shorter she started cutting what she was not suppose too did what she wanted and didn't listen to what i was saying not to touch, i told her not to touch my upper hair and bangs she still did and blended everything in and made it look horrible and ugly hair style where now i cant even do anything except wait till it grows out again.not only she is rude and unprofessional she does have anger issues by the way she was cutting my hair aggressively and getting annoyed by what i was asking. I left without even telling to fix anything and wont be coming back here anymore.

Rude and judgemental after waiting 30 minutes because I was a walk in I walked out and their comment was " good leave "

My hair stylist was great. She was super friendly and did her best with what she was given.
BUT the poor lady was running back and forth between checking us in and cutting hair. I couldn’t believe how many times my cut had to be interrupted just so she could go help other people.
And then, it was SO HOT IN THERE during our wait. Something should really be done about that heat, if not for your employees that are wearing masks and running all over in that heat, then at least for your customers who don’t want to drop sweat for a hair cut.

Will not be going back, they botched all three of my kids hair, its chunky and uneven. Very disappointed, it's not worth the price or for your hair to be ruined and needing to pay another place to get it fixed.

The stylists are as sweet as candy and very sociable. I've recommended this place to my roommates and coworkers and will continue to do so.

The stylist was by herself due to other callouts at the opening time on Saturday morning. She was astounding in that she handled the customers, phone, and the register by herself. We felt looked-after and valued, because she didn't rush any of us through. She did a phenomenal job of taking care of us all!

I love coming here. They have been so helpful with my hair and really understand how my thick, coarse hair works. Thank you!

Forgot to ask the guys name but wow! Fast and efficient as I was pressed for time. I will be back!

Alittle pricy but good service for a mens cut anyways. I love the online check in. It makes things alot easier to just walk in and be next in line for a hair cut

The lady that cut my hair was named Ms. H, she smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like smoke. She paid very little attention to detail when cutting my hair into layers and it looks like chunks just got straight-up chopped off. After she sprayed my hair with water, she didn't bother to blow dry it at the end. Overall, my experience felt very rushed.

Just wasn't thrilled at $17 for a 5 minute buzz cut. The stylist and folks were just fine, nothing wrong there.
