Great Clips, Tigard OR

I found my new place to get my haircut after moving to Tigard in November of 2022. Found the person to cut it every time as well.thanks Amy.

This no-frills hair cut place is cheap and quick, and I have no complaints. It's a great option if you need a fast and affordable trim without any bells and whistles.

I got the worse haircut of my life i want to cry so bad right now because I'm gonna have to go to school with the worst hair cut ever i will never come here again and i hope that this place shuts down but the lady who cut my hair was nice and just sucked at her job

Very easy to get in to get my hair cut there. I'm pretty simple and was in and out in no time. Staff very kind and the place was very clean. The app is great for putting your name in the queue which also helps with the wait.

First off, THANK YOU LADIES AT THIS LOCATION! All of them are amazing at what they do! I was looking at what all of them were doing to other customers hair and they were all turning out amazing.
MY VISIT:
Okay, so today I had that random go get your haircut type vibe. I put an a walk in thing online luckily minimal wait time upon arrival, mind you different days are different, but still worth it. I quickly browsed what I wanted and picked a few out of the book. I asked the stylist what she would recommend between the 3 considering my face shape, and she worked with me and pointed out things to consider (let's mention I have just recently been diagnosed with alopecia areata). I went with it and had a few inches cut off and it thinned/layered. I liked how it was going and even decided to go shorter (not common for me). This was by far the best stylist I've been to, and planning on going to her more. She didn't judge my situation and was super kind, compassionate, and outgoing. Another stylist cut my son's hair same time as me, she did so amazing as well, my son has thick hair and some of it wants to do what it wants to do. She was attentive and made sure she evened it all out to make it look neat. This was THE BEST salon I've been to. As I was waiting for my son's hair to be finished, he started half way into my appointment, I looked around and observed the other stylists progression on their work, just incredible. 100% recommend!

Always a return customer for a quick and fast haircut at a resonable price. Staff is always nice and enjoy the electronic check in.

My daughter and I went in to get haircuts she checked us in proceeded to cut my daughter's hair and then when it was my turn after I had been waiting she tells me she hadn't checked me in and that I could wait behind everybody else that she had checked in and it would be a 45 min wait or I could come back if I wanted to get my haircut. So disappointed we will never use them again. Making sure no one I know goes there either. Just because

Well I'm completely BALD! But the view from standing outside was smashing. I shave my own head, so, I AM BALD! But my friend is inside getting his hair cut.

Same experience as others mentioned. RUDE stylists. Also times on app or website check in are WRONG. Told 35 mins on app. Got there app said walk in your next, nope another 30-45 min wait. Great Clips used to be a great place to go but none seem to be worth spending $30 for their hair cuts. The same experience happened at a different great Clips last month.

This used to be a really great place for a quick good haircut.unfortunately that was the good old days.now you get rude staff argue with you.never a manger to be found and the price is outrageous considering the service, if that's what you want to call it, one has to
put up with.

We had a horrible hairdresser a while back ago. I asked her to fade my sons hair, and she basically cut it into three different tears. When I asked for her mistake to be corrected, she told me I was wrong and yelled at me. I’ve literally never experienced anything like this in my life. But in reading other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one. 00 not only is she not skilled at her job, she’s making people not want to visit this location because of her behavior. I’m shocked it hasn’t been addressed yet.

This was an absolute mistake going to this location. After pointing out my son's hair was shelfed and looked like a bowl I was told that I am wrong. His head was the problem, the light was off, it's because he has a calic.we left with a uneven bangs and random cut chunks though out. Very unfortunate.

This is the place I normally go for haircuts. It's all fine, relatively cheap for a haircut place, though they have outright refused to give me the haircut I explicitly asked for, saying"I know a haircut that would look good on you. That one would look terrible. " It turned out to be similar to a bowl cut. No such incidents since, though.

Bad attitude out of 2 of the hairdressers that works there, one cut my son’s hair and when I tried to explain it’s not even she started arguing with me. Not coming back.

Both my son & I come to Great Clips to get our trimmed. I appreciate they keep notes of what the style of the cut is (for him) or length of trim (for me) we get. Always pleasant & efficient when he or I have our visit. No problems with Check-in's either~
