Easy check in, able to see your place in line and wait times. Reasonable prices for Cuts and shampoos (Chris does a scalp massage like a spa treatment!) and keeps a record of prior haircuts. I'm glad my sister recommended Great Clips!

On my first visit they created a profile on how I like my hair to be cut. They made me feel like I was more than just another head needing shorter hair. Now when I visit they have notes on how I prefer my haircuts.

Don't trust the online system! Mine counted down to zero minutes then they called someone else's name. Then it went back to 9 minutes and then they called someone else again. I put my name down 45 minutes prior with no wait time.

The young ladies have always provided great service and have good attitudes. I cant imagine cutting hair like that all day and being able to keep a good attitude. Thank you.

She's super friendly, and makes you feel very comfortable. She's REALLY knowledgeable! Not to mention the cut was PERFECT! Exacrly what i asked for! It's hard to find an amazing stylist. SHE IS IT! I can't say enough good things about her.

The. Haircut I got was not at all what I asked for and it's not even I kept telling her one side was shorter then the other she told me when I wash it a few times it wouldn't look choppy or un even. I'm very upset and the only way to fix it at this point seems to be to shave my head. I gave been in tears for days trying to decide what to do.

I normally love this place.but the last time I went here (a week and a half ago) I asked for the same cut I always get.an A line bob, shorter in the back longer in the front.shouldnt have been hard to do since my hair was already like that, it had just grown some.well the lady with the blonde hair and accent did the complete opposite of what I wanted.and I told her to cut it shorter in the back and she said once i washed my hair and dried it, that it would look how I wanted. That was a lie. I feel ugly now and I hate it. I have never been so unhappy. I'm incredibly upset about it and now I refuse to go there again.
