Their staff is friendly and respectful. They did a great hair cut. The place is clean and organized.

Great cut every time! Can always depend on Aileen to do a great job and never make me feel rushed.

This was my 1st visit to Great Clips. I checked in online and was given an accurate time frame for my appointment. Wade gave me a great hair cut and blow dry. He listened to what I wanted and I was very pleased with the results.

Amazing staff! They are so friendly. The lady who did my hair did a great job and made sure the haircut match my face shape. I love my hair!

I asked for a trim of about 3inches she cut off about 8inches. I said straight across and it's a weird rounded choppy layer with a weird long chunk of length in the middle

When I walked in, Kim greeted me and started right away. I told her what I wanted, and she did it exactly. Nothing more, nothing less. Just how I like my haircut

Didn't check in online but. They got me in right after I checked in. None of the people who checked in online were sitting in the waiting area and instead of making me wait, they took me right away. Good service

Strangely hostile hair stylist. I came in just wanting a very standard bob. She tried to talk me out of it which was weird. Then she told me that I was going to want to start using styling products. I said no I just like it down. It was like everything I did really made her angry for some reason. Giving two stars instead of one because the haircut itself looks fine. She needs to work on her people skills though.

Update: Great clips replied to this review telling me that I should contact them. I did so and was told that a manager would contact me. I never received a phone call from that manager.

It all started by this lady who I was so miss fortunate to be assigned to. She asked me if my hair was wet because it look very greasy. She not only did a horrible cut on my hair but she razor burned me in the back that 4 days later I was still hurt. She cut open my skin on my right ear. She try to sell me their shampoo because she said due to the shampo I use I would lose my hair. If you see my hair you’ll know that’s not happening anytime soon. I had to ask my wife to see why my scalp and my skin was hurting. And she took pictures to show me. I wanted to go back there and complaint but it’s okay. I’ll just never go to any of those “great clips” ever again. And they are not cheap by any mean. Worst experience I ever had my life. If you like pain. By all means they’re good at that. Cutting hair with care and courteous attitude not so much

Most of the staff know what they are doing. Very rarely do I get a bad cut at this place. Some of the people have changed over time but all still give good hair cuts.

Had a really good experience here. The gentleman that cut my hair spent a lot of time making sure it was right and even corrected something that he saw as I was paying

Great people work here. Mom and I went in the same day. Mom called ahead to verify that a specific stylist was there.and there was no waiting when we got there. We both have difficult hair to work on.and we both left VERY HAPPY!

This was my first time coming in to this establishment and I saw Tammy. She is awesome! She did an amazing job on my hair and gave expert recommendations. I will be coming back solely because of her. Thank you Tammy!

love the service. They keep track of what your last haircut was so the explanation for what you want is easy. It only gets better Everytime.

The gentleman that cutt my hair was very energetic, he listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job with my hair. He was very knowledgeable about wavy and curly hair care and gave me excellent tips about how to manage my hair better.

I went in for a haircut, and left with the same exact hair I had before. She didn't cut my hair at all, just pretended she did. She kept talking to keep me distracted. Watch out! There is absolutely no difference in my hair, and I paid for a haircut!
