A great cut. Especially when a fancy salon messes up your cut. This group can fix it.
I used the online check-in and was next in line once I got there. My salon stylist was fantastic! She worked wonders with my coarse hair that has a mind of its own. I'll definitely be back to get a trim to keep it shorter.
I called and made an appointment for my 2 kids to get hair cuts.the person that made the appointment put the time in the computer wrong, when we got there we were treated as if we were a huge problem and were talked down to by other employees! I totally understand that things happen and if I were treated with kindness I wouldn’t have had an issue! The issue is when I got there I was given a huge attitude by the employees (WHO DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE OR FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED) they simply acted as if MY KIDS AND I were some type of burden that should’ve been there! I suggest going to FRENCH TWIST in the mall! They do a wonderful job and THEY TREAT PEOPLE WiTH KINDNESS!
Richard was very nice and gentle on my tender scalp. I visit the Albany location often and everyone is always so friendly.
Had a horrible experience with an older gentleman who was cutting my hair. He rushed through and was rough the entire time. I ended up leaving here with a headache he was banging the clippers against my head the entire time, and he also sprayed my hair with some much water. It as well have been a shower with how wet I was. I have had nice haircuts before here, but this made me leave mad and upset.
Some of the people there should not be cutting hair did the exact opposite of what I said very poor job on top of that highly recommend not going there
